"honest, dependable service"
this company has shown me honest, dependable service is not extinct in the credit card world. I have no complaint other than I would like to have live customer service available at night (I work midnight shift at a hospital) as I find it hard to set an alarm to make daytime phone calls to anyone (anyone who works nights is entitled to one gripe)!!
 
Most attractive feature: low interest, very good customer service
Least attractive feature: limited customer service hours

"personal usage/platinum visa"
I have had the pleasure of being with 5star bank for a number of years now and am delighted with all thier services and reps. I enjoy a low fixed rate and i hope it stays there in lieu of air miles...I would gladly find my own transportation to keep the visa card rate lower...

Least attractive feature: no kick back to air miles

I just received my new 5Star Platinum Visa and it is everything they said it would be. No surprises in the fine print and they didn't charge me to transfer my other balance. Very happy with the service!!
