"Great Card!"
I am new to AFBA but the Disputes team is great! I thought that I would be out $500 but the beat the store and I got my money back. Would recommend these people to anyone!!

"No Truth In Colorado Springs"
Three primary problems with the card. One is that their credit limits are very conservative, even for someone with a prefect credit history and limited number of cards. Secondly is that they are quick to answer the phone but extremely slow in responding to requests. Thirdly is that they do not live-up to future interest rate promises. We were promised a 9.9% rate within the first year of opening the account at 11.4%. They now deny saying that and even though the prime rate is lower than when the account is opened, and a perfect recod of payments has been maintained, they have not even bothered to respond to two requests for lowering the rate. We are going to drop the card and get one below 9.9%.
 
Most attractive feature: They pick-up the phone fairly quickly
Least attractive feature: Promised a 9.9% rate after a year, now they deny that promise and are charging 11.4% .

"AFBA"
I have been a customer for only about a year and have had to call customer service twice. I was on hold a short time and the rep was very nice.
 
Most attractive feature: You get quick service and they will follow through with requests
Least attractive feature: Credit line too small
