| "AFBA is the Best Credit Card " |
| AFBA has great customer service and great rates. They do not mail you checks that you haven't asked for and tons of junk that you do not need or want. They don't harrass you with sales calls trying to sell you additional services. Great company! Great Employees! Great Service! I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work AFBA! |

| "excellent service" |
| The few problems that IŽve had with this card have always been corrected promptly to my complete satisfaction. They are most helpful during there somewhat limited hours of operation, though automated service is available 24/7. I would recommend them highly for a low rate basic card with few extra benefits. Most other cards that IŽve had from other banks have ended with me cancelling the account due to unresolved problems |

| "Credit Card Review" |
| Impressed by the way checked to see that I was using the card when I had not used one particular card for some time. It is reassuring that they monitor the situation for potential irregularities. Received my credit card the other day. Looks very nice in my wallet. They are very helpful with any questions you ask them. I feel at ease and i feel i can trust them to hold my money safely. I recommend! |

| "AFBA CC is One of the Best" |
| I've had this card for about 5 years now and its one of the few that keeps their interest rates fixed and low regardless of income or past credit hitory...give em a try and you'll see too that they are oneof the best in the business...they also offer awesome life insurance rates as well as vehicle insurance thats unbeatable |

| "Mishandled Account Purchased From Another Bank " |
| I have an unfair blemish on my credit, due to AFBA's mishandling of my card account, which they purchased from another Bank. They have never correctly transferred the information, upon which I stopped receiving statements for 6 months. I was the one who noticed, had contacted the original card issuer to find this bank. Admittedly via phone, they mixed up customer names with other customers' addresses. The result, extra finance charges, and a report of delinquencies at credit agencies, which they adamantly refuse to remove and correct. |

| "A nice card overall for people who don't expect perks" |
The card offers a low rate, which is great. Problem is they never raise your credit limit. I had my card probably 5 years already and no increase. Maybe you have to call and ask. Whatever you get in the beginning is what you will have. Credit limits tend to be very low.
Perks are almost non existant, except flight insurance, which these days is probably a GOOD idea. Customer service is really friendly. |

| "Accepted Payment & didn't credit to account despite Bank proof." |
We have had this card for a few years now & standardly pay off the balance each month. We occasionally have had problems with them not posting our payments quickly -for which they unexpectedly start declining charges even though we are not near the credit limit. (we pay electronically & always well on time & have no problems with other companies)There is never any warning about this, no phone call, nothing.
For December, my online payment transaction appeared to fail so I sent another through. Turns out that both went through. Upon request, the bank pulled back 1 of the 2 transactions to AFBA. So the result should have been correct.
However, AFBA has not credited the successful payment to my account. They have shut off the card as 'over the limit' and are charging fees. I have had 3 conversations with their customer service people in the last week. Each time they agree to fix the problem. Each time they don't call back. And each time the problem remains unresolved. Per the latest conversation, my bank sent proof that they cashed the electronic check. But I had to call AFBA again tonight to check up on them & they claim to have not received the fax that was very carefully addressed as directed.
AFBA refuses to put anything in writing. (Their CS people claim to not have email!) If my company received payment and couldn't figure out what account to put it to, they wouldn't cash it! Do these people not use standard accounting practices? They certainly don't use standard customer service practices. These twits should have called us back if they didn't receive the fax. They have essentially stolen $4000. Thank goodness the bank withdrew the other payment so they couldn't steal that as well.
So here begins another week of battling with them. I plan to send faxes, emails, fed x letters etc to every address/phone # I can find for them tomorrow. Then when they ask where we sent it, I can say EVERYWHERE. I
am looking forward to cancelling this card as soon as they credit the money they cashed to my account.
We also have a Chase card which we have had longer than this one. It has a much better rate. They proactively offer to raise our credit limit and they contact us if they need something. Never had a problem with Chase. Their Customer Service is excellent. |
