"Unfortunately Poor Customer Service"
I have still not been awarded my full 10,000 bonus points, and have only attained 5600, the number which came out of seemingly "nowhere" (not even the CS reps know!). This is not an isolated experience, as others as well have experienced this problem. Just an FYI.

Luckily, cardoffers has $40 for signing up for the card, so that will be coming through. Kudos to cardoffers.com!
