"ABA Platinum Visa did not fulfill promise"
In May of 1999 I received my ABA Platinum Visa card. I was promised a fleece pullover. fter waiting for over 6 months to receive it I called and they told me they would mail it. I waited several months and called again. They told me they could not mail it to my address which was a Rural Route Box number. I told them I could understand if I had had a PO box, but I have never had a problem receiving any mail. (Their statements never failed to reach me) They said they would look into it. After calling them perhaps three times total, I gave up.
 
Most attractive feature: None
Least attractive feature: They did not follow through on free gift
