| "ACS Platinum Plus Visa" |
Got this card about cpouple of years ago through ACS. Interest rate was 8.9%. I decided to close
this account as I was getting in over my head in debt. I closed the account with balance aorounf 5,000,
below the 5500 limit. I have made on time payments for the most part except for a couple of mail delay of 1-2 days which I
was penalized for, After closing, the interest rate increased first to 16.98% and then to 27.98%!! Reason given was that
they noticed my balance was not going down!! I asked them if by increasing my APR
to LOAN SHARK rates whether they were going to see dramatic decreases in the balance?
I got some stupid answer from Customer Service about my credit report etc. Actually
my credit report shows no late payment with any of my creditors. Yes I am overextended, but this is
not justified, especially since I am trying to get out of debt, not further in to it. Current balance
is 4800/-. Interest payment per month is 115/-. My advice: Never use their credit card. THese
individuals are LEECHES. I will see if there is any leagl recourse in this matter.

| It just took FOREVER for them to respond to any request and that includes getting the card to me. |

| "Pretty card, high APR" |
| It is really neat to have a credit card with periodic chart, especially for a chemist. However, the APR is too high! |
