"Car Insurance Coverage"
We had the misfortune of having an accident with our rental car in Winnipeg. One call to AMEX and everything was taken care of.I was guided to Royal Sun Alliance, given a claim number and full details of what to do. The claim was handled and paid out within 3 weeks of the call. The only thing I needed to do was to provide a copy of my statemnt showing the rental charge. Excellent experience.

"it's a great card"
it's a good card once the computer establishes your spending habbit. lately i've been getting "CALL FOR AUTH" messages. it's so annoying. . AMEX says it's for fraud prevention and that their computer is just learning my spending habbits. ???
 
Most attractive feature: concierge service.
Least attractive feature: you never know if it will decline.

"The best of all Platinum Cards"
If you ever get the opportunity or invitation to get one of these cards, go for it. The card has an annual fee of $399,- which seems a lot, however if you travel a fair amount it pays for itself. This is absolutely the best Credit Card ever.
 
Most attractive feature: The main benefits are in the airline and hotel partnerships
Least attractive feature: Maybe the $399 annual fee
