| Impressed by the way checked to see that I was using the card when I had not used one particular card for some time. It is reassuring that they monitor the situation for potential irregularities. Received my credit card the other day. Looks very nice in my wallet. They are very helpful with any questions you ask them. I feel at ease and i feel i can trust them to hold my money safely. I recommend! |

| "why i like this card" |
| this card is the best card i have ever had, it has alot of benefits. Visa is accepted all over the world and having this card on my recent around the world trip made it unbelievable. It was really nice have the conveinence and realiability of this card. It makes all the other cards out there seem worthles. I really appreciate the customer service staff that this bank employees. Its already become my favorite card of all time. I have alot of cards and lines of credit but this one is truely the best one I have ever had before. If you are thinking about getting a new credit card i would definitely reccomend this card. Try it you will like it and you will see how easy and nice it is to have!!!!! |

| "How my card treats me" |
| I was trying to get a credit card with no credit. This company was willing to help me get credit, and started me with a low balance. They were willing to raise my balance every 6 months. I started with $500 and ended with $2000. I paid every month, and on time. I always received quick answers on the phone and they were very helpful. Now even after having the card for a few years, my interest rates have not gone down. I am paying 29.9% interest wich is way to much. I am charged just for having the card, even if I do not use it, and this gets frusterating.So I no longer use it, but I do keep it on hand for a just in case situation. |

| I had an unauthorized charge on my card. I called customer service. I got assistance within 10 minutes. They took care of everything. I supplied the particulars and they handled everything else. Thanks so much. It was such a relief to knwo that I would not be charged for something I never did. |

| "I love it!" |
| I love my Visa card - it is the only credit card I have, and I do not really use it that often. But I believe I have only run into one place where it has not been accepted, so that is my favorite feature - its acceptance everywhere. It's great! It makes my life easier. |
