"3.9% vs 9.5%"

I accepted a mail offer to get this Platnium card with a 3.9% APR. I looked for any hidden rate hikes and there were none listed other than if you used to card to receive cash. Now 6 months later my card is at 9.5% and the bank can't show mw any contract with my signiture that states I agreed to the 9.5% rate. I'm getting the run around.

Most attractive feature: Local branch is nice

Least attractive feature: Trying to get a clear answer from AZ State Savings Card Services is impossible

"Credit Card Review"

Impressed by the way checked to see that I was using the card when I had not used one particular card for some time. It is reassuring that they monitor the situation for potential irregularities. Received my credit card the other day. Looks very nice in my wallet. They are very helpful with any questions you ask them. I feel at ease and i feel i can trust them to hold my money safely. I recommend!

"Hidden Charges"

Why do we need a credit card that asks us to pay them for using it? They wanted 100 dollars up front and then added interest on top of that when I didn't even use it.

Most attractive feature: Best Feature-A pair of cutters to do away with card

Least attractive feature: Paid Cash for the automatic Cutting Device

"VISA Platinum"

This is a new program for the credit union. Lots of no cost benefits including a low introductory offer and APR.

Most attractive feature: Low APR, Internet Account Access, 24 hour customer service, low intro offer

Least attractive feature: Limited card designs

"Arizona State Savings & Credit Union"

This credit card is very crappy. You cannot use it twice in the same month or if you do you have to reactivate it because they block it. I would not recommened this card to anyone.

Most attractive feature: Low APR and low monthly payments

Least attractive feature: Customer service is very low and very mean
