| "B of A Abuses the Elderly " |
My father recently died of vascular dimentia. He was pretty slow the last
few years but not so slow that he didn't recognize friends and family.
He was slow paying his bills and sometimes they didn't get paid at all.
After he died, I took over his affairs and found that B bo A was chaging
him 33.4% APR, $39 per month in penalties, and a $60 per year card fee.
This is all factual and a matter of record.
WOW - it takes your breath away. This is nothing but loan sharking and elder
abuse. I called the bank to talk to them and the representative I
talked to was ashamed of his company. Moreover, when he tried to pass me
on to management to talk about this, B of A managers didn't have the
ball to talk to me - even though I was being very polite.
Frankly, this is loathsome, despicable behavour. I can only imagine how many
elderly people this bank has abused. Would your trust your elderly parents with
B of A?

| "THE FRAUD AT BANK OF AMERICA" |
| THE BANK OF AMERICA ON FIRST COLONIAL IN VIRGINIA BEACH GAVE ME THE WORST SERVICE.THEY CHARGED FEES TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION AND BECAUSE OF THE FEES I WAS IN THE NEGATIVE FOR A WHILE NOT NOTICING THIS.THE EMPLOYEES NEVER TRY CONTACTING ME BUT I TRIED TO VIEW MY BALANCE ON LINE AND I WAS TOTALLY SHUT OUT OF THE SYSTEM.I CALLED AND CALLED THE WAIT ON THE PHONE WAS CRAZY JUST TO HAVE A REP. TELL ME THERE WAS FRAUD ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT.I WAS HAPPY FOR THE FACT OF "WOW THE BANK STOPPED SOMEBODY FOR USING MY CARD NUMBER"THAT LASTED ONLY FOR A MINUTE.I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO GET A SECOND CARD BECAUSE THE CARD I GOT WAS FROZEN DUE TO FRAUD ACTIVITY.THE NEXT DAY I WENT DOWN TO THE BANK TO REPLACE MY CARD.THE BANK WANTED TO KEEP MY CARD AND CLOSEOUT MY ACCOUNT WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BANK MANAGER I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND.A FEW DAYS LATER AFTER SEVERAL PHONECALLS I WENT BACK IN PERSON FINALLY I GOT A HOLD OF THE MANAGER.SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO EXPLAIN TO ME ANYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON.ALL SHE EXPRESSED THAT THEY DID NOT WISH FOR MY BUSINESS.THE MANAGER,LISA TITUS SAID THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO SUSPECTED FRAUD ACTIVITY BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WAS IN THE NEGATIVE FOR 2 WEEKS HER COMMENT TO ME WAS "DON'T YOU OPERATE A REGISTER OK THAT'S COUNTING MONEY WHY YOU CAN NOT KEEP TRACK" THEN SHE WALKED OUT THE ROOM AS IF I WAS NEVER THERE.I WAS TREATED WRONGLY I FELT ANGRY AND HURT,I AM A CASHIER,I FEEL THAT I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE HAD THEY ACCOUNT CHARGED WITH CLOSING FEES THEN HAVED THE ACCOUNT CLOSED DUE TO A NEGATIVE BALANCE FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAVE IT CALLED FRAUD BESIDES THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY SOMEONE AT A HIGH LEVEL AT THAT BRANCH. |

| "My Bank of America account." |
| I love Bank of America's Visa logo check card. I love the fact that I can use it as a credit card or a debit card. It gets rid of the need to have checks written. I recommend this card to all Bank of America account holders. |

| "It's great." |
| I'm using my visa card for everything on my Christmas vacation. I trust my bank and card to keep me safe no matter where or when I use it. I never need to enter a pin number for someone else to see and my picture identification is right there on my card. It just makes things so easy with no trouble to use. |

| "Bank of unamerica" |
I have been a customer of this bank for over 24 years and now I am in process
of closing all of my accounts. They overbill you and then wait for you to call.
If you don't call, they keep your money. |

| "Bank of America ROCKS!" |
| We have had a Bank of America Gold Mastercard for almost 3 years now. There's nothing bad that I can say about Bank of America. There was one time we had a charge of $345 to Sears and I KNOW I only use my sears card to charge @ Sears. So I called customer service and notified them. It only took them 30 minutes to call me back ... seems the person making the purchase (their credit card wouldn't slide thru the thingy) so the sales person typed in the card #, but managed to switch 3 sets of #'s and those #'s just happened to be mine ... they removed the charge and sent us a $150 gift cert to Barnes & Noble! |

| "It&#'s okay..." |
| This is my first credit card, so it's kind of hard for me to say how good it is. I know that the APR on it is a little bit bad, at 20%... but I really like the customer service on the card, there is never any wait, and the people that answer the phones seem knowledgeable and are very helpful. I also trust Bank of America not to try to sneak anything into the deal that would give me a terrible deal, as it's not some small company that's making all of it's money through credit cards. So overall, I think this is a pretty good card, as long as you don't mind having a rather high APR rate... also there aren't any benefits that I know of. |

| "Annual fee" |
| I originally obtained this credit card through Seattle First National Bank in the State of Washington. I subsequently moved to California. In the meantime, Sea-First was purchased by Bank of America, which now owns my creidt card. I have, since institued, requested that the annual fee be waived or the credit card cancelled. Each year the annual fee would be waived and I would continue to hold the credit card. This last year I have been informed that the annual fee would be waived and that it is going to be waived on a permanent basis. I will, therefore, continue to hold and use the credit card. |

| i enjoy the fact that they offer people the opportunity to establish credit like college student that do not have any- however, i wish that they would charge less interest and not have so many fees associated with the cards. |
