| "Apple should come up with better financial institution for financing their products" |
This is worst card experience possible. They have so many hidden charges. Poor customer service.
They wanted to call me everytime I use this card and tell them this is apple store purchase do not charge me interest. Also they have two interest going on, deffered and regular. Beside my card being free for first six months and paying in full, I got both intrests at end of 6 months. I paid in full after unsatisfactory customer service, and clossing this card forever. |

| "Their contract is worthless" |
| I have had this card for about 5 years now have always paid as agreed, never late with a payment, never over the limit. I have been I have stood up to my end of our contract but that doesn't seem to matter. They have for no reason increased my apr. and decreased my credit line. When I call them on it they just tell me that there is nothing they can do at this time. My advice to anyone looking for a good credit...call Capital One. Do not take this card. |

| "Don't Trust Them" |
| Customer service told me they would refund me the late fee after being 15 minutes late on my payment although she could not do it that evening because it had not been posted. She told me to call back tomorrow. I called back and explained what the previous woman had stated, and the man that answered (Michael - Operator 80292)said he would NOT refund it. I asked for his supervisor and he refused to connect me with him/her. Needless to say, stay away from Barclays if you expect them to stand behind what they say. |

I don't know why this card has been getting 1 star reviews. I have had my card for over 5 years and have had no problems. Customer service was great. My apr has always stayed the same. I have 3 credit cards and this has to be by far the best one.

| "Barclaycard" |
| Most credit cards are the same if you always pay the balance off each month so the only difference is in the reward schemes. Barclaycard points can be exchanged for a range off goods or vouchers for holidays, eating out and other activities. They have changed the system recently, making it more restrictive as to what the points can be exchanged for - I still haven't had an up to date catalogue and I missed the deadline for last year's gift catalogue because I tried to redeam the points online but there were errors in the system. Hopefully these will be fixed soon and the service will return to being fuly acceptable. |

| This is a very good card because it supplies a low interest rate and has benefits for travel. With the student account the credit limit is low but for other accounts it can be increased. |
