"Customer Service Problems"


It's not just that Bethex has made service decisions with which I am unhappy. I can't even get them on the phone. I was prepared to deal with less conveninent customer service options in exchange for using a Credit Union, but Bethex often doesn't answer phone calls. I have a hard time getting anyone on the telephone, and when I leave messages no one calls me back. I've tried sending emails and writing letters (two so far) and I have yet to receive any response from them. It's astoundingly poor customer service.
 
Most attractive feature: relatively low interest rate
Least attractive feature: customer service
