| "Their customer service is horrible. " |
| One of the bloomingdale's sales staff rang up an item incorrectly two months ago, when I received the bill, I phoned the card immediately, I was told the item is in dispute that I do not have to pay that portion. I never received anything in the mail, the next month there was a finance charge on my bill, I always pay off my balance in full, I phoned again, they said, the item would be in dispute, the third month, now there is a late fee on the $27.04 plus finance charges, when I phoned, I am now routed to somebody in India who hardly speaks English, when I explained what happened, he tells me he cannot help me with the store charges, and all he wanted was a payment commitment. I have written them a letter, no response, I faxed them a letter, they said they did not receive it. I have always paid off my bills in full, I have never had such a bad experience before. There are no online access to the account, so you can't even see what is going on . |
