"Late payments posted without cause"
They will post late payments on your credit bureau even with perfect payment history. Then when you notify them of such action they refuse to solve the problem claiming it is against the law to remove a late from someones credit bureau. They want you to tell them how it ended up there before they will do anything to fix it. In other words they would rather give the run around than keep customers with them. They deserve no respect whatsoever.
