"Great rewards for booklovers"
I have had this card for several years and have always received great service. The rewards come in $5 certificates attached to your statement. They do not give you change or give you a credit if you spend less than the amount of certificates tendered. So if you buy something for $13 you have the option of giving them $10 in certificates and $3 in cash or $15 in certificates and no cash back. In the past, I have used the certificates to buy gift cards which can be used like a debit card at the store. This gets around the no-cash-back rule. Recently, they have changed the certificates so that you can no longer buy gift cards with them. With this new rule, it is nice that the certificates come in $5 increments instead of $10 or more like some other similar cards. The certificates can be used in the cafe too.

"Good Customer Service"
If I have a charge on my card that is different than my usual pattern, they will notify me to make sure that it's not a fraudulent charge. Since I do alot of online shopping, this is important to me.
