| I travel a lot. Despite my advising the bank of my plans in advance of travel, I find that my account for cash advances is blocked repeatedly. Have to call some Indian after each withdrawal to get services re-instated despite my explanations that a lot of countries function on a cash basis. This bank is operated solely for the purpose of milking money from customers; not to offer service. Useless! |

| "A great card with a rich rewards program." |
Love this card. I use it everywhere I go. Flown on BA 2 time and both times, got double miles when I used my British Airways Visa Signature card to buy the tickets.
Customer service is 2nd to none. Never a complaint. Very helpful and follow through on their promises. I really cannot overstate how important good customer service is, maybe thats why the $75 fee??????? United is only $60.
Best part of signature is no preset spending. I got 22K to start, so I don't think I will go near that, but I went as high as 17.7K once. No rate jacking when I did that.
Free companion ticket with any executive club seat purchase in first class. Have not tried yet.
Overall, I love the card and highly recommend it to anyone who travels to Europe.

| "Goodbye British Airways!" |
| This is a horrible card. I have had my card for about 4 years and have accumulated about 10,000 miles. In order to use these miles, I have to go through the British Airways site which requires a PIN # that they never sent me. I requested my PIN and they never sent it to me and by the time I got ahold of someone on the phone, the flights around my departure date were gone. This has happened to me every time I have tried to redeem my miles. I would advise everyone to stay away from this card and get a card with perks that are usable. |

| "I'm leaving this card behind today..." |
| I, too, was suddenly hit with 29.24% interest rate despite having never been late on this or any OTHER credit card payments. When I called to complain, I was informed my debt ratio was too high. This is a heinous practice and I can only hope that everyone affected by Bank One's negative and laughable "customer service" will, as I do, share their tales of woe given any opportunity to do so. Trust me, no one in my acquaintance will ever do business with this company - I'm very persuasive on the subject of corporate mendaciousness. |

| "Usuary Laws" |
| I was suddenly charged 29.24% interest for my purchase balance as soon as I paid off all my promotional balances. Even though I still continually receive promotional checks in the mail I was told that my credit card balances were "too" high even though I own an $800,000 house debt free. This violates Mass usury laws. Be careful of Bankone, now Chase, or they will do the same to you. |
