| "GREAT company, TERRIFIC experience" |
| CUNA did an excellent job of managing me as a customer, and we had stolen cards, a divorce, multiple missed payments, and ultimately they worked with me to ensure my credit wasn't terribly damaged and the card got paid off. It was the MOST pleasant customer service I received in the process and a GREAT effort made to communicate with me and ensure we were always on the same page. |

| "Exemplary Customer Service" |
CUNA CU offers exemplary customer service with their card program.
But then I would expect nothing less from a credit union. My credit
card limit has been increased without me having to call and
whenever I've had questions regarding charges, or anything on
my statement, they are courteous, and responsive to my requests.
I also like the ability to check my transaction activity on-line through
their website. And, best of all, I am a member owner of my
credit union. |
