| "Fraud" |
| I had positive balance of $6 in 11/2005. Casual Corner folded in January of 2006. They probably sold ALL the accounts to Junk Debt Collectors. I allegedly owed them $24 which grew to $180. It ended up as a charge off AND a seperate collection account. The FTC will hearr about this mess for shure. |

| "Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia" |
We made a $28 purchase at Petite Sophisticate
in Dec. of 2004. We used our Casual Corner Group card, issued by Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia. No bills or statements ever, so
we forgot about it. Oct. 3, 2006 we get a letter
from Northland Group demanding payment of $153.78
on this account. All attempts to contact the
card issuer get someone who can't find our account
is in India and doesn't speak English, or tells me
that we have a zero balance and not to worry. I
was also told that Casual Corner Group did not exist anymore. I'm quite happy to pay my bills
but this is rediculus! |

| "Poor, Poor, Poor Customer Service!" |
We stopped receiving statements as well and have recently had their "collection department" call trying to collect money they claim we owe. Each time they call we request a statement be mailed. After correcting the address (AGAIN), they indicate a statement will be mailed. I spent 6 minutes correcting our address to an individual who could hardly understand/comprehend English.

| "horrible card" |
| I stopped getting statement but was continually charged late fees. I used to pay my bill at the store but all are closed and the website is down. The only balance I have is late fees. This is totally wrong. I have always paid on time. When the collection person called for payment they called me a liar when I said that I hadn't been getting statements. HORRIBLE SERVICE |

| "Who is going to help me with the late fee balance" |
| I have not received any statement since January 2006 but being charged for late fee over and over again. The person who called me for payment was not respectful and all he was concerned about was his commission, I guess, cause I told him the problem and he did not care. |

| "Worst credit card by GE Money Bank" |
| Received the statement later than the due date as a result of address change. Made the full payment of the purchase and notified the credit card company about the reason to receive the stmt late. One month later, I received the statement with additional late fee and finance charge. Called back and was told that they understood I had been an excellent customer in the past 5 years. But still they would not waive or adjust their mistake of not updating my account information after getting the call. |

| "First Collection Agency Call Ever" |
| I've never made a payment late. I paid my balance due the week I got the bill. But yesterday, at work, I received a phone call from a collections agency. It seems I was supposedly $78 delinquent on an account I have only ever received 1 bill on. I paid the amount and assumed all was well. Apparently, the check posted 5 days after the due date (which, incidnetally, was on a Sunday). My check date indicates 7 days before due date, and other checks I wrote AFTER this check were cashed before this card's due date. Nevertheless, I was charged a $20 late fee, which I recieved no bill for. I received the call from a collection's agency, informing me of this, and that finance charges on the late fee and additional late fees since had come up to $78! They demanded that I pay $48 immediately or I would be receiving calls several times a day. Of course, since I was at work, I had no method of payment on me at the time. I've been harrassed by them incessantly since, even though the account is tagged as under dispute. I'll certainly never be shopping at Casual Corner ever again, and am thinking twice about any other place that uses this bank for their cards. It's too bad, because I spent a LOT of money every month there, and my husband spends at least a few hundred dollars at Home Depot every month. |
