| "Bait & Switch" |
| False advertising Buy one get one free. You order pay the highest amount, the free item is on "back order" for 6 months. Returned items never received credit. Waiting on their warehouse???? |

| "WFNB" |
I had all the REDCAT cards and was a loyal customer for many, many years. One summer they had a big sale and I used several of the cards to purchase items. WFNB could not get the payments together on the various accounts and this amounted to numerous late charges. I sent them a complete breakdown on the items being paid and the items that were not received, however, they ignored this information. Late charges upon late charges continued to be posted to my account even though the account/accounts had been paid in full. I have written them, faxed data and even sent the information via email to a service representative but they have never gotten it correctly posted. They called me constantly and I repeatedly told them the issue but it was always ignored. It has been over 4 years and my credit has been totally ruined due to their inability to maintain correct records and adjust when necessary.
Every account I had with REDCATS was affected. I still order from REDCATS but my purchases are very infrequent and I don't spend as much due to this bad experience. I pity anyone who has had to deal with this factoring company. I still have not given up and am trying to continue to resolve the issue. However, it appears that I will probably have to get an attorney to deal with it effectively.
Also, they wrote off all the balances after adding over $1000 in late fees except Chadwicks in which they continue to notify the credit agencies that it is late. There was a balance of $21 and I agreed to pay it if they would remove all derogatory information from credit report regarding this account. They agreed and I paid the balance plus a $25 fee to process the payment. They have not honored their agreement to remove the information and it is still there. I am over being angry but continue to be frustrated. |

| "Poor Customer Service" |
| I recently had $419.32 charged to my Chadwicks account by some third party vendor which I can not seem to get any answers to. It has been two months now and I am still waiting for a response to the investigation and the funny thing is, I had not used the card in over a year. As soon as this matter is corrected, I am closing my account and will NEVER shop with Chadwicks again. |

| "Never Had a Problem, Pleased With Service So Far" |
| I've had my Chadwicks card for about 3 years now and have never had a problem with it. In fact, it's my favorite department store-type credit card. I've found the deferred billing option to be very helpful and I've never been charged before the three months were over. In fact, I usually pay the balance during the 90 day deferred billing period so that when it does hit my account, it balances out and I pay no interest charges! I also like that the card can be used at other Redcats stores - Lerner's, Big and Tall, BrylaneHome, La ReDoute, etc. I've never had a reason to contact customer service that I can remember so I can't comment on their customer service(that's why I didn't feel comfortable givng 5 stars). My mom also got a Chadwicks card last year. She still uses it and as far as I know has had no problems. I usually use online bill payment so this be one reason why I've had less problems than others. I've never mailed in a payment or paid by phone. |

| "ALL MY CARDS" |
| I messed up and got 3 cards from this bank. Complete stupidity on my part. Now I am trying to close them and they are impossible to contact. I have mailed off 2 payments that they say they never recieved then suddenly after that late fee hits they find my payments. I am hasselled constantly about me wanting to give them check by phone payment, oh @@@@ NO!! They really need to move into this century and take debit card payments by phone. Their deferred payment, do not use, they can't count up to 90 days so you will get caught with your pants down if you are not careful. Also, always read your statement as I have found many charges on there that should not be. My cards are shredded into tiny pieces and burned! Never again will I fall for such crap. |

| "Never Again" |
I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE IN THE WAY I'VE BEEN TREATED, BUT I NOW SEE
CHADWICK'S/WFNNB IS A RIP OFF. THEY OVERCHARGE AND THEIR DEFERRED PAYMENT
IS A JOKE. THEY RUINED MY CREDIT RATING.
I'M PAYING MY ACCOUNT OFF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY. THEY ARE RUDE. THEY WILL CALL YOU HUNDRED TIMES A DAY BUT TRY CALLING THEM. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO LETTERS.
DEALING WITH WFNNB IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. I WOULD SUGGEST ANYBOBY YOU HAS AN ACCOUNT WITH CHADWICK/BRYLANEHOMES, CHECK YOU STATEMENTS CAREFULLY. THEY
ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF.
THEY CHHARED ME FOR A RETURNED ITEM.
I'VE NEVER HAD A CREDIT PROBLEM UNTIL NOW. THANKS ALOT WFNNB!!!
ANY CREDIT CARDS I HAVE THAT I SHOW ISSUED BY WFNNB WILL BE DESTROYED.

| "The worst treatment of consumers in history" |
I had been an account holder for about 2 years.
After paying the card out about 5 months ago,I attempted to place an order using my card. The representative informed me that the limit had been drastically reduced without my knowledge. I am still in the process of finding out what happened.When I receive a reason for this inconvience, i will be closing this account ASAP.
I wouldnt recommed this company for credit to my most loved dog -Lucy! |

| "Take Responsibility" |
| I have been a loyal Chadwick's, Brylane Home, SNBC, and Lerner's customer for years. I have never had a problem with any of my WFNB accounts because I have always communicated with customer service. When I set up my accounts, I asked for the billing cycle that would work for me. I set up my billpay through my bank, EFTing payments on a regular schedule. Now-a-days payments are debited within 24 hours. The deferred payments that these cards offer are great for budgeting. You order it, if it doesn't work...send it back and you haven't been charged yet. The customer service has always been great. I have been such a loyal customer, that I rarely go to the malls for myself anymore. They have great offers through-out the year and I have to say they have made me a happy customer. If you are in a pinch, yes they have their on-line payment, but if you get into a habit of paying before the due date (about 10 days prior), you never will run into a problem. |

| They won't leave me alone - even after the card has been paid. They call me at work and threaten me!!! If there is any card that says WORLD FINANCIAL - I will be throwing it away!!!! |

| "CHADWICKS OF BOSTON CREDIT CARD" |
| THEY CAN'T SEEM TO KEEP THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS IN THEIR SYSTEM, AND THEN GETS RETURNED TO THEM AND GUESS WHAT I GET HIT UP WITH A LATE FEE OF $20!!!! BUT YET THE STATEMENT PRIOR AND THE ONE AFTER MADE IT ME JUST FINE SO DID THE SHIPMENT.JUST THE ONE IN THE MIDDLE WAS ONE DIGIT OFF FOR SOME STUPID REASON. I AM STUCK PAYING THE FEE, WHICH I AM WRITING TO THEM TODAY I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS CARD AT ALL I HAVE HAD FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND THAT WILL BE AS LONG AS I WILL HAVE IT I AM CLOSING IT WITH A BUSINESS RAN LIKE IT IS THERES NO WAY I AM STAYING. NOT MENTION THAT THEY CALL YOU 10-15 TIMES A DAY WHEN YOUR LATE (WHEN IT WAS THEIR ERROR) AND DON'T EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE ON VOICE MAIL, CRAZY!!!! |
