"Credit Monster"
Chase is a Credit Card Monster, they give you a low introductory rate then they increase it to 30.24% So when I paid it off in less than a year it must have got them mad because they could no longer make money off of me so they closed my account and have denied me access to their website. Nice business tactics CHASE!
 
Most attractive feature: Low introductory rate.
Least attractive feature: They do not value their customers.

"use it for everything"
I applied for this card when I was nineteen and looking to trade up from my old one. I got it, and so far Chase has been easy to work with. But then again the only things I''ve called them about was when they sent a second card out already activated and recently about what they were doing with a Wamu card I have.
 
Most attractive feature: Customer service and the rewards program.
Least attractive feature: A handful of technical quirks on their website.

"Worst Customer Service"
Horrible customer service!! I have been a card holder for 5 years and I pay my balance in full and on time. Just last month Chase received my full payment 2 days late. This was the first time ever in 5 years and I was charged a $39 late fee and finance charge. I called customer service to see if they would be willing to waive it this one time as a courtesy. I was informed that "unfortunately there was nothing they could do about it." They recommended me to keep my account in good standing and perhaps in the future they would be able to waive such charges. Chase is all about the money and they will not be flexible to work with you. I have cancelled my card with them. I will not give my business to a company who does not value 5 years of customer loyalty.

"I am through with Chase"
After having this card for over a year, I am looking for a new cc. They have changed the way you can pay online, when you can pay, and all the rules so many times, I ended up with a finance charge a few times. They say didn't you get the 5pt font notice in the mail of the change? I have spent so much time with customer service being transferred repeatedly. Awful company. Being a person who pays their balance in full every month, they look for ways to charge you.

"Great card all around!"
After Citi lowered their salivating 5% cash back to 2%, I decided to dump them for Chase. Now, I don't have to wait to accrue $50 in rewards and then wait two weeks for a check in the mail. I simply spend like usual and every month I get a "payment" from Chase. Pretty sweet if you ask me! Only downside is that they don't seem too interested in granting CLI's without hard inquiries.
 
Most attractive feature: Rewards AUTOMATICALLY credited to next month's statement.
Least attractive feature: High APR, but then again, don't all reward cards have high APRs?

"Its a trap of chase !"
I had this card on fixed 5.99 apr, and soon they raised it to 29.99 % for no reason. My credit score is 700+. when I called customer service about this issue, she said she doesn't know why apr was raised, but recommended I should pull my credit report and take a look at it. I just paid off chase card and plan to never use it again.
 
Most attractive feature: Fixed apr while it lasts !
Least attractive feature: horrible customer service, Fix apr changes for no reason!

"Chase just lost another customer"
I had this card for 3 and half years and right out of the blue they put the interest at 23.99%. I have way above average FICO, never been late nor above the limit. I don't care what their reason is; I'm leaving as soon as web site shows zero balance. With all the other good credit cards out there they have the nerve to pull this exploit.
Chase, you can put this card where the sun doesn’t shine.
 
Most attractive feature: 3% back from gas purchase and the on-line web site.
Least attractive feature: jacking up the interest for no reason

"Great rebates"
The rebates are excellent. 3% on GAS and 1% on all other purchases. AND THEY ARE AUTOMATICALLY CREDITED TO YOUR STATEMENT at the end of each month. Yes, there is a limit of gas spending of $500/month but I will never hit that (even with my wife on the card also) I have been a member since '99 and have earned over $3,000 in free gas. I cant imagine a better rebate card than this. Who wants the hassle of miles for an airline with Blackout dates and having to plan 6 months in advance. If you pay in full every month (which I do) your purchasing will make you money!
 
Most attractive feature: Auto credit for rebates monthly NO HASSLE
Least attractive feature: Customer service could be a little better

"lost a customer over $70"
This company lost me as a customer over $70.00. I was trying to purchases an apple laptop and the total was less than $70 over the limit. I called to see if they could increase my credit or if I could pay them some cash in advance so I could get the computer. the customer service representatives I spoke with (at least three)each gave me different stories. So I demanded to speak with a manager whom informed me that there was nothing to be done. What ever happened to "the customer always being right"? All of the customer care people were rude and obviously did not care about customer retention. I had been there customer for almost 6 years obviously they could care less. I will never do business with Chase Visa again.
 
Most attractive feature: none
Least attractive feature: customer service is horrible they don't care about keeping a customer.
