| "Toy's R Us Rewards Rip-Off!" |
The Rewards program is a total scam! I signed up for the card solely on the premise of "Buy 9 boxes of Pampers, get the 10th one free"! I was eligible for the reward back in Feb. It's now May 19th and I still don't have my coupon. They supposedly mailed it back in Feb...seriously?! I receive tons of other "mail" from them, how is it this one important piece never made it to me? When I call all I get are incompetent people with no answers just a bunch of excuses!! What a joke! At this rate my kids will be out of diapers before/if I ever get was I was promised!

| "This card has changed!" |
| We have had this Visa for 10-years and loved it until recently. In the past three months, we have not received our rewards for Toys R Us. I have called Chase 3-times and have received poor customer service. I still have not received my rewards. Beware! |

| Toys R Us Chase card is excellant. A while back i had an unauthorizd charge on my account and with just one complaint with chase i was not held liable. Also i enjoy receiving those $10 geoffrey coupons |

| "Minimum Due" |
| On my very first statement the minimum payment due was less than the total finance charges. Something just doesnt seem quite right about that to me! |

| "This card has payed for Christmas for 6 years." |
| I have another rebate card that requires that you call to request the gift certificates. With the Toys R Us card, the certificates are mailed automatically. I also like the end of year summaries. Lately, they've increased the number of annoying calls offering credit insurance and other add-ons. |

| "if u have kids this is the card for u" |
| i have used this card for 4 years and on a daily usage use it at all stores and received a 1% back use it in toy r us and get 4% back i have a 1 and 3 year olds and brothers and sister all having kids at the same time. so here comes out the card and off to toyr r us for baby shower and baby gift birthday special holidays and lets not forget christmas. each month i get 20 to 40 dollars back i saved them for christmas for my kids let me tell you when you have an extra 500 to spend u dont feel guilty about buying that 250 barbie car for your 3 year old. and all my neices and neophews say im the best aunt there is i make their wishes come true in the meantime the r also helping me make my kids too |

| "If you have children, this card is great!" |
| I have had this card since they introduced it about 5 years ago. We charge a lot, and payoff monthly, so rate isn&#'t important. I generally save the certificates until December, when I go crazy and buy a cart load of stuff for FREE! I just purchased two bicycles for my children, and it didn&#'t cost me anything. No annual limit on certificates is a plus. Customer Service has always been pleasant. They claim to have received a payment once past the due date, but after calling and speaking to supervisor, they refunded late fee and about $80 in finance charges. I also had an unauthorized purchase once that was taken care of without a problem. I have worked in banking (Not Chase) and this is a great card, trust me! My kids are getting older though, so I&#'ll need to switch to some other reward card soon... |

| "Good Deal for Parents" |
| This is a great card for parents. We were able to use the rewards to buy diapers at Toys R' Us. Now that she is out of them we save up the rewards and use them for toys at Christmas and birthdays. |

| "beware" |
| I recently paid a very large bill in excess of $30,000. Somehow the exact amount of the payment was $2o. short of the entire balance. Chase tried to charge interest on the entire $30,000+ previous balance. It took lots of work to overcome their unfair $350. interest charge. |

| "It's a winner!" |
I have had this credit card for several years now and have been impressed with it. 1% of all purchases come back to you in the form of Toys R Us gift certificates, and I believe you get 4% back on purchases made at Toys R Us stores using the card. This was the reason I applied for the card and is still the main reason I use it.
There is no annual fee, which is a must for me. I believe the interest rate charged is rather high, but as I pay off my balance each month this doesn't affect me.
Customer Service has been great in my opinion. I am currently dealing with a situation where I am displeased with mdse. I ordered using the card and I was easily able to file a claim disputing the charge. Chase has kept in touch with me on this matter and refunded the charges while they investigate.
I would recommend this card to anyone who pays off their monthly balance and enjoys toys! |
