| "Chevron Fleet Card" |
| I will be cancelling all of our Chevron fleet cards. We average $7,000 per month in gas purchases, and have always paid our bill in full on or before the due date. Because the due dates in November and December fell on holidays, our payments were credited to our account as being late. I called a couple of times and spoke to “supervisors” and “managers” (Joey, Trina, and Stacy), and apparently Stacy is in charge and she would not allow me to escalate my case and speak to anyone higher than her. Our late fees were astronomical (which Trina told me was not due to a system/process error–apparently it was my error that I paid on the due date because they need time to process my payments)–in Dec, the late fees totalled $1152 and in Jan, the late fees totalled $1173. All they could do was credit us for one month 100% and 50% on the other month. I did tell Stacy that I was no longer going to be doing business with them, and she just said “That’s your choice.” Obviously! Thanks, Chevron Fleet Card, you really know how to run your business and drive your customers away (but at least you made your buck)! Don’t apply for this card! |

| "Stopped the e-bill feature!" |
| I hadn't used the card in months. I always paid the full balance when I did and had the bill set up in my bill payer as an e-bill. I would get the bill electonically when I used it. I loaned the card to my daughter. I never got an e-bill. I logged into the account to see I was over due, had extra charges and fees added and the due date had been changed. When I finally found a phone number and got someone on the phone, their out was ... they sent me this information in the mail. Ok ... since I was signed up for electronic billing, why would I open what looked like junk mail? They had no explanation for cancelling the e-bill. They refused to take the fees and late fees off of my account. The reps I talked to were rude. I canceled the card and never buy gas at Chevron or Texaco. I had used the card for over 10 years. |

| "Wow, so upsetting " |
| I've had this card for two and a half years and liked it, always use Chevron and enjoy the discount. For some reason my payment didn't go through and I didn't realize until ONE day after it was due. $25 fee would NOT be reversed because the AUTOMATED system said so, and awful nasal woman was a completely unprofessional jerk about it so I asked to speak to her supervisor. Her: why? Me: I think you know why. I calmly explained to him what happened and he told me the same robotic excuse: NO grace period, no 2.5 years of timely payments don't matter one bit. I canceled, and unfortunately now am going to stop buying my favorite gas as well =( |

| "Worst credit line I ever had" |
| I have had a Chevron card for over 15years. Chevron cards are now run by very nasty people. Without notification they moved up the due date to less than 2 weeks and they do not accept electronic transfers! They billed well over $100 in fees for $400 in fuel for a payment they cashed in less than 14 working days. I have cancelled my card verbally, Fax and mail. They continue to bill me $5 a month for reporting. The mob has better ethics than these people. |

| "fees" |
When I receive a bill from Chevron, I send out the payment that day and it some how arrives late. I was charged a delivery fee $5.00, late fee on $361.00 was $75.82, plus a finance charge of $8.20 for a grand total of $89.02 in fees on $361.00 of fuel, which adds up to way over $1100.00 per year!

| "Billing Issues" |
| Their turnaround time for a business is impossible. They don't post quick enough, even with email billing. What they charge in late fees amounts to over 100% per year. Don't know how they legally to it. It's a scam at best. They know most people can make their time table. We spend over 5000 per month on two cards. They posted a payment 2 days late and charged us a late fee of $182 on a balance of $2000. I'm done. Canceling cards. 15 year customer. |

| "Paid the balance now being charged interest on late fees and more interest" |
It's amazing how we let companies like this one stay in business. We've had our cards for over 20 years and have always mailed our payments in on time, often paying extra to mail it 3 day or over night. We got a late charge for a balance due that customer service told us we had already paid. So needless to say we paid the balance...plus $10 thinking that would be the late fee. We got a new bill with the balance being cleared (from the gas we had purchased 2 months prior) and new charges on it...the late fee and interest charges! Who else can get away with highway robbery? So basically I am going to be mailing them another check for the last late fee and interest charges - about $41.61 worth, a new late fee ($50 because now they deem me "high risk")and more interest charges. I wonder if I mail them $95 that will cover all of their misc. charges?? This is a joke! They will rape you over the coals so if you are thinking about getting a card from them...don't do it! Spare yourself the misery. I have faxed and emailed a cancellation notice and have yet to be notified it's been taken care of. Customer Service can't give me a grand total so I can pay off my account and not be in a rears...and they say that there isn't anyone I can talk to about it...the computer does it all.
Wow...I'm pretty much speechless at this point with this company. The only comforting thing is knowing that there are other people that got ripped a new one as well and not that we were "special."

| "destroy the card" |
| 14 days to pay, recvd stmt 7 days after stmt date, paid day after recvd thru mail, did not make it on time. Late fee on late fee for three months ($41/mo) no gas purchases. It's a rip off!!! |

| "Fraudulent posting" |
| My daughter used Chase card to pay for gas at Chevron station. She got about $45 worth of gas--Chevron billed my Chase account $126 for the transaction. When I called Chase, they said it is a common practice of the gas company to overbill--sounds like fraud if they know they are billing my account more than I purchased at the pump. I'd be in jail--how many people do they do this to? |

| "40 year cardholder/ Lost Checks" |
As I stated above 40+ years Chevron Card Holder. Meant absolutely nothing to Customer Service.
Never Late with payments in over 40 years. My Wife mailed a payment, they lost it.! She had to pay the stop payment check fee of$20.oo. We get total balance, to pay off account, we mail in 2 checks, my checking account and hers, and they cash her check, and lose my check, and had the crust to say Why did you mail in 2 checks.? Not our fault, you should have only mailed one.?
They refused to pay the stop payment for my check that they lost. Another $20.00, so I cancelled my credit card. Please read and heed, they don't care, and obviously don't need my business. No one has ever been so rude, or unconcerned about losing customers. Do yourself and family a favor, cancel this card |
