| "Online account" |
| This card offers an excellent way to manage all aspects of your account online. You can pay your bill online as well as review your statment daily. I have recently signed up for all electronic management of this account, which means that I no longer receive paper statments in the mail. Instead I receive an email stating that the new statment is available for viewing. This cuts down on paper and filing and there is easy 24 hour access without waiting on hold on the telephone. You can also request credit line increases and I changed my name and address online as well. It is so much easier. |

interest rate was increased from 14.9 to
24.99 due to a mis-read credit report.
they claimed I had a recent blemish when I had not. I called Equifax and they verified I was correct. Can't get it resoved with Citi Bank. |

| "Citibank Online and Customer Care" |
| I have always had very good luck handling issues online. Citibank is quick to give credit increases if needed, and when I thought my rate was too high, I simply e-mailed customer service and they dropped it to a very competitive fixed 13.9%! Any issues I have had with online purchases have been quickly resolved. I have been with Citibank since 1994 and highly recommend this card! |

| "Over-all a Good Card" |
| Over all Citibank Driver's Edge Visa is a good thing to have. It does take a while to earn a significant amount of point for a rebate but if you are using the card anyway you should be rewarded. The intrest rate is high if you carry a balance from month to month. If you pay off you balance monthly, it is a good investment. |

| "online account access" |
| This is an excellent feature that allows you to cheeck your balance, pay your bill, request credit increases. It is up to date information that is safe and secure and provides easy,correct information without waiting on a paper copy or dealing with voice mail phone systems. They also have customer service online that has always responded within 24 hours to questions. The only bad thing about this is once you set up online access it takes 6-10 days to be verified and ready to use. Depending on how long before your payment is due this can be a problem. |

| "Account Changes, Additions, Corrections" |
| Overall the service from Citibank hasn't been any better or worse than the service from other entities. My only real complaint is that it takes several months and often many phone calls to have a simple problem corrected and for that change/addition/correction to appear on my statement, either online or on the monthly mailed statement. I find it difficult to understand why they have customer service reps who are either unable to, incapable of, or permitted to make a decision immediately upon request. |

| Very short time between receiving a bill and when the payment is due. Results in late fees happening frequently even when you pay every month. |
