"Disputes"
I've had this card now for nearly 5 years. I've stuck w/ them because when my business was new they gave me a card without me having to personally guarantee it. It started my business off with its own line of credit and I've used my good rating w/ them to obtain more corp only credit. My one complaint is that if ever have a dispute w/ them, they will play games with you. I've been fighting for nearly 6 months to have my acct credited. I've returned the merchandise and done everything they have required but I'm still waiting for a refund. They will send you letters every 2 weeks or so and tell you to provide proof that the merchandise was returned. You do that and 2 weeks later you will get a letter from them stating they have no idea what charge you are disputing. They have 2 different addresses for disputes so I've started mailing both of them correspondence. Once this is resolved I'm closing the acct and going to a more user friendly bank. I would only recommend this card to new businesses trying to build credit, but I would also warn them of the problems they will encounter with Citi.
 
Most attractive feature: They give new businesses a credit line without a personal guarantee
Least attractive feature: Disputes! Forget about it! They will play games with you

"DISPUTES"
i HAVE FOUND IN DEALING WITH THIER CUSTOMER DISPUTE DEPARTMENT LIKE DEALING IN A BLACK HOLE. I HAVE REQUESTED 2 DISPUTES, ONE FOR MERCHANDISE NOT RECEIVED, WHICH THEY DECEIDED I SHOULD PAY FOR, $3,500. AND THE OTHER WAS A FRAUD SALE, HOWEVER, THEY ARE CREDITING A PARTIAL REBATE. THEY ARE CLAIMIMG I RECEIVED PARTIAL SERVICE AND REFUSE TO LOOK AT THE WHOLE PICTURE AND THE REASON FOR THE PURCAHSE. I HAVE ANOTHER CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHICH REFUNDED THE ENTIRE BALANCE, I SPLIT THE PURCHASE BETWEEN BOTH CARDS. I DO NOT FIND CITI BANK TO BE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY DO NOT ALWAYS RESPOND TO ALL WRITTEN REQUESTS, NOR WILL THEY ALLOW YOU TO PERSOANLLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE FROM THAT DEPARTMENT. ALL CORRESPONDENCE MUST BE IN WRIGHTING.

"Not bad; Not great-They Could Do Better"
I basically got this card as a vehicle for a balance transfer. I called recently and asked when my 2.9% apr on my balance transfer was going to run out, and that I had many other banks wanting me to transfer the balance to one of their cards, which I do. The customer service rep said that as soon as my balance transfer rate of 2.9% ended in a few months that my apr for everything would be just 1.9% over the prime rate, which would be 10.4% as of today. I really wasn't haggling and she said to contact her again in a few months when my 2.9% apr on my balance transfer was about to expire. I know I can get 9.9% all around apr and transfer my balance to another card at an apr of 0% to 2.9% for a year as a starting point, and probably get even a lower all around apr if I play hardball. So my impression is that for a big player Citibank could do a little better, but then again I've seen a whole lot worse. I have a fairly decent position to bargain from so I'm not really worried about it. I think that people who might not have such a position to bargain with might not get as good of a deal, but the customer service reps know what they're doing and they have the authority to make decisions on the spot so I would say that it's a solid card, but they could do a bit better. We'll see in a couple of months.

"Citibank Platinum"
This card has proven to be great as far as giving me 2.9% balance transfers. It makes it a good card to purchase on other cards and then transfer.
Unlike the other reviewers, THEY HAVE GIVEN ME CREDIT LINE INCREASES REGULARLY. In fact, I requested a credit line decrease recently and they told me that I had the aforementioned balance transfer option extended.
I think, overall, it is a card I am glad to have. It has saved me a lot of money on interest and I have never had any problems with my interest rate being increased for any reason. I do, however, make sure to always send my payments in 7-10 days on advance and have a solid credit history so it probably is not a good choice for a first credit card or if you don't pay your bills responsibly. But that is true for any card.
 
Most attractive feature: Balance transfer offers
Least attractive feature: Will credit payments to low rate transfers and not to the higher rate purchases.
