"Citibank Canada---I NEVER FORGET "
I applied for a regular Citibank Visa. Was denied. Enclosed was an application for a Citibank Visa secured credit card. No problem. Or so I thought.

I sent, to their Toronto office, a $500 money order with my application for the secured card. Two months went by and I never got the card I paid for.

After numerous letters, faxes and phone calls and the runaround by three individuals at Citibank Canada it took me 4-1/2 months to get my $500 back.

After this experience I obviously don't and never will recommend Citibank Canada's Visa as long as I live. I could have been their best customer but due to them not wanting to give my money back and not wanting to send me my secured card so they, Citibank Visa made the choice they don't want my business and I don't want their business either.

Sad to say to this day nobody from Citibank Canada has even offered an explanation or apology for Citibank trying to pocket my $500 and then not sending me the secured card I paid for.
