THIS CARD CHARGES 13.9% APR FOR BOTH CHARGES AND CASH ADVANCES.IT HAS A 5.00 OVER LIMIT AND LATE FEE WITH NO ANUAL FEES.CAN VIEW ACCOUNT ON LINE HOWEVER CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS ARE LIMITED TO BANKING HOURS.EACH TIME IVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE.
