"stupid people running customer service"
my daughter has several of this networks cards. she moved away months ago, and i watched her give them her new number. I have personally given them her new number at least 50 times....no kidding, no exaggeration....they would much rather call ME 5 times a day than to actually talk to her...they just keep harassing me at my phone number...they just can't get it right...as soon as i find out how to complain about this company and WHO to complain to get them to stop harassing ME, I am going to do it...they are relentlessly stupid.....i am so fed up with them calling me 5 and 6 times a day.....i don't have any accounts with them, and everytime i give them her new number they act like they are taking it, but the next day they are right back to harassing me again....it is INSANE...there must be laws against what they are doing...does anyone know how to get these morons to leave ME alone????

"Rude, nasty"
WFNNB is one of the WORST corporations one could ever deal with. It is a shame that Crate and Barrel attached themselves to this most unprofessional corporation.
 
Most attractive feature: Crate and Barrel employees are professional and hellpful
Least attractive feature: Their affiliation with WFNNB
