| To everyone reading this, if you havent already fallen for the biggest gimmic in the world, then dont. This bank is a joke. They are out only to take your money and make your life MISERABLE!!! They charge you rediculous charges and harrass you to no end. I had a credit limit of 300.00 and ended up paying around 800.00 or better. They are so ashamed of what they do they hide behind an electronic answering service so that they never have to talk to you. What a joke. |

| Late charges, finance fees, over the limit fees, that is how they make their money..harrassing phone calls, debiting your checking account...very common practice..see attorney general report for new york and deleware...see what others have been through before you sign your name. |

| "How to 'get' Cross Country Bank back" |
Contact your Attorney General, in your state, to file a complaint about calls, fees, rude customer service reps, balances, letters, etc.
I am meeting with the Attorney General of Minnesota on 4-3-2003 to file a suit against CCB.
It took me a year but I am finally going to have my say regarding all the clients of my Debt Management Program that have paid through the nose and still owe hundreds, if not thousands.

| No matter how much I paid, credit card balance never came down,and I never used the card. Could not talk to a live person, I finally just paid it off would not recommend this card for worst enemy!!!!! |

| Overall the customer service is horrid not to mention they charge you a monthly maintnance fee on top of the interest of 21.9%. They also do not have a toll free customer service number. The advertise that they do, however you have to pay for it. |

| "DON'T USE THEM" |
When you call their 800 number all u get is messages no one to talk to. You call thier (516) number and after 15 min. of thime that u pay for a customer service rep comes on the line. Every problem u have u are told is with the service provider. U call the service provider and they say the problem is CCB.You call back to CCB (again 15 min of recorded msg that u pay for) u get a customer service rep and still no service.
When u ask to speak to a supervisor they are all supervisors and the only way u can talk to any higher up is to write to them.
Better to Borrow money from the MAFIA or MOB then these people |

| "Harrassing phone calls, late fees and over limit fees" |
| This company is the biggest rip off out there. They get you to pay a yearly fee, and then when they charge it to your card and you don't have enough on there to cover it, then it takes your card over the limit and they charge you 28.00, they call all the time about your payment and are the rudest people ever to deal with in customer service. |

| "How bad Cross Country Bank is." |
Cross country bank sent my husband a credit card one day. We paid it the first 3 months and then my husband lost his job, so we called & said we'd make the payment in a couple of weeks cause we didn't have the money then. We explained to them that he got fired & was looking for a job and that they were'nt the only people that weren't getting paid. After that they started calling us every day about 5 -7 times a day. They'd leave mean messages on our answering machine telling us, we'd better call. We ended up having to call the Attorney General and telling them about the harrassment we were getting and they finally stopped. (I wouldn't recomend this Credit Card to anyone!!)
