"Feel Gyped"
Promised 1% rebate credit toward Office Depot, etc. certificates (11/2/02 phone call), now must spend not 2,500 but 3,250 points for a $25 O Depot Certificate. Feel Shortchanged. Website is very slow to load, difficult to navagate, easily bounced.
 
Most attractive feature: Clear statements
Least attractive feature: promised 1%, got 0.77% rebate
