"BAD DEAL"
We have had this credit card since 1993. About six months ago, our credit union sold out the Visa credit services department to MBNA. We had no problem with this, until we realized that they had pulled a fast one on us. We always pay our balance off monthly or at least within 2-3 months, so we don't pay interest very often. Well, MBNA and our credit union must have stated in small small print that there will be no grace period for purchases. So even though I am paying off the total balance monthly, we are paying interest on the average daily balance. For the June cycle, we paid $58.04 even though I paid the total new balance. This is what we get for being clients for 10 years! I am closing this account this week!
 
Most attractive feature: short hold for customer service; somewhat helpful and friendly
Least attractive feature: NOTGRACE PERIOD- - INTEREST based on average daily balance
