| "The Death of Diners Club" |
| This venerable card is now in severe decline. Loyal for over a decade the new acquisition by BMO has been devastating. Customer service is poor, data is inaccurate, and payments are not credited. The most abysmal transition I have ever seen. Run, don't walk from this product. |

| "Still the best...but with a tainted image." |
| I have greatly enjoyed the benefits of being a Carte Blanche Diners Club member. The dining discounts, the fine concierge service, and never having to worry about reaching a credit limit. I've also been suprised at the number of restaruants in my area (even fast food) that take the card. I am torn, however, about the MasterCard alliance. Is it good or not, I can't decide! I love being able to use the card ANYWHERE now, but...it's not a niche card anymore. It used to be a status symbol...cashiers would remark "Ooh, Diners Club, I haven't seen one of these in awhile." I had a two hour wait for dinner once (careless me, forgetting to make a reservation) and i flashed the card to the kind fellow who advised me of the long wait, and had a table in minutes. These things I will greatly miss...as now...it's just a MasterCard. I miss looking for the logos on the doors to see if the Diners logo was accepted at that merchant...but that's now a thing of the past...as is the two billing cycles to pay. It's a sad day when Diners has to sell out. I'll still keep what I would still consider a great card, don't get me wrong...but...when they went from the 14 digit account numbers to the 16 digit MasterCard account numbers, it definitely tarnished the company image. |

| "MASTER CARD" |
| WITH THE NEW MASTER CARD ALLIANCE, DINERS CLUB WILL BE THE BEST CARD IN THE WORLD! SERVICE IS THE BEST NOW. AMERICAN EXPRESS COULD LEARN A LOT OF LESSONS FROM DINERS. |

| "The best card I've used" |
| This card is by far the best card I've used too date and I wil keep it i my wallet where ever I go. While there are limitations as far as acceptance the card has some great benefits. The Club Rewards program is terrific and the car rental coverage is the best in the credit card industry.....I had a claim and it was handled beautifully. I also think the customer service is outstanding and have found the person on the other end of the phone always pleasant and helpful. If you want a premium card with some great premium benefits, then this is the one. |

| "You've got a Friend" |
| recently i was on holiday and spending above my ordinary pattern. I called them from out of the country. They said, "thanks for calling, no problem and have a great holiday" What class. What trust! What customer service. I will always pay my carteblanche on time and use it wisely. Respect and trust begets respect and trust. |

| "Billing dispute" |
Used my Carte Blanche card to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster, never received the tickets. Dispute with Carte Blanche, for this purchase was not handled properly.
On the spot, Carte Blanche refused my claim. I have had every legitimate billing dispute with American Express solved correctly. My first dispute with Carte Blanche, was my last. As a Carte Blanche cardholder since 1969, I cancelled my account, based on doing it wrong the first time. |

| "A Card for All Seasons" |
The CarteBlanche card is the high end card of Dinersclub. I have never had such service when it comes to travel plans, disputes of charges, accurate billing, mulitple advantages i.e. cash plus and line of credit,etc.
Don't listen to those who say you can't use this card in many places. Yes, there are a few retailers that don't use it but every major airline, four and five star hotel, exclusive shops and department stores, the postal department trains..you name it, they use it.
I have Amex and I do use it in the very rare places where CarteBlanche is not acceptable but my CarteBlanche is comparable to the Amex Centurion. This is a classy card with a classy support system. You you can depend on ONE thing..you can depend on CarteBlanche. Thank you CarteBlanche! |
