"Inactive Fee"
Not very happy about having the bank lift $5 out of my back pocket for not using the card.
 
Most attractive feature: Fixed rate
Least attractive feature: I was recently charged a $5 inactive fee. Bank Robbers!!!

So far the only card which is truly a fixed rate and I love it.
 
Most attractive feature: True fixed rate no games
Least attractive feature: Customer service only open daytime

i've had the card for 4 years. excellent service, even when overseas... low fees... all the other perks of a visa classic/gold cards..

"Fair, trustworthy company."
Been with them for 9 years and they have a stable competitive rate and no surprises. Don't feel like I have to watch them like some others like CitiBank. They however need to implement an automated account information system by phone. You can not get any info unless you call before 8pm and forget about weekends.

Least attractive feature: online managment of account. Can't link to finacial portal.

"Poor Customer Service"
I have a few problems with this company. They mistakenly changed my address for no reason and were very rude when I tried to correct THEIR mistake. They also will not negotiate a better rate [even though I have been a very good customer for years].

Least attractive feature: Terrible customer service -- very rude
