"Customer Service"
I called customer service to check my account balance and to see when my first payment was due. I had all the correct info until she asked me the security question. Where was I born? I answered the question and she said that was wrong and was I sure. How can I not be sure about where I was born. I personally think it was a mistake on the person who took my info. I then had to go to a financial institue (bank) to be identified. I went to my bank and they knew not what I was talking about. I returned home and called again and she told me to go back and tell them to pull there merchant review file. The bank still didn't do it. I called again and she told me to go to a department store to be identified. Since they can't give me the info I need I guess they don't want my payment.
