| "A friend on your side...." |
I have to tell you -- whether it's the card or the company behind the card, this is a good one to have. Not so much for the Disney name, but for the sense of security one gets behind it. I rarely use the card personally, unless we're at Disney World -- and somehow, that ended up being a good thing. I got a call earlier this week from their fraud department - two charges for overseas purchases. Well, needless to say, they weren't for me - but then again, Chase already suspected that or they wouldn't have initiated the call.
It's nice to know someone is on your side during these times of credit card and identity theft! Chase definitely is. They are an excellent company and I'd recommend any of their cards.

| "Love the Rewards" |
| I signed up for this card when it was introduced. I go to Disneyland every year and by the time I get there I usually have way over $100 to spend. Disney dollars are redeemable for food, gift shops, restaurants, etc. I love going into the gift shop at the end of my trip and getting $100 worth of merchandise for free. I have never been charged a fee to use my rewards. They're great. |

| "Interest sucks!" |
| Another sucker for disney and pretty things, I got this card as soon as I saw it. As far as ease of use and customer service, it's been good. But the first time I let a balance carry over, the statement was for $2500 and I paid it off down to $200 well before the grace period was over and they charged me interest on the $2500!! I called because I thought it was a mistake - I had never seen this before, but they said that was their policy and would not refund the money! That was ridiculous - I'm getting rid of it just for that. I haven't tried to redeem my disney dollars yet, but they do add up. You have to spend quite a bit of money though - I would never get the card just for that - I spend over $15000 a year and I'm almost up to $200 in dollars. Not worth it! It is pretty though. Conversation piece. |

| "view of disney credit card" |
| we were really excited about this card since we travel every couple of years to Orlando and buy lots of disney paraphenalia. We originally put our trip on there last year, then paid it off, the 70.00 reward was nice but after several purchases, we realized that we were drowning in interest, our payment goes right to the interest, with nothing to spare--very upsetting, I am looking to transfer to a lower interest card service. I cannot continue feeling as though I am accomplishing nothing when I make payments each month. |

| "Don't Dare to Dream!" |
| The Disney reward dollars, first of all, are worthless! I've tried to use them at both the Disney Store, and it's online coutnerpart and neither one will accept them! That wouldn't bother me so much if Bank One wasn't charging me $1 a month for every 1 Disney Reward Dollar I have. This was not in the fine print! Straight out hidden fee! It's robbery plain and simple, they even put the monthly cost under a strange name so you won't notice it right away. I have had 7 disney dollars for nine months, those 7 unusable dollars have cost me $63 real bucks, and since I can't use them I'm stuck paying for them every month. The bank is the same way. Hidden fees with our Bank One checking account is causing me to close both now. I had this card for over a year, it's not worth a dime plain and simple. |

| "Billing Error corrected in under two minutes" |
| I just got this got about four months ago for the 0% balance transfer rate and purchase rates for six months. With only a couple months left, last week, I started seriously paying down the balance. So I sent in a $1000 payment. However, it was posted to the wrong account. I looked at the statement online expecting it to be there after seven business days but it was not. I talked to a payment supervisor who was able to track my payment down. She apologized for the mistake and extended my 0% for one more month. All this happened in under a couple minutes. |

| "A good card" |
Being the Disney freak that I am, I had to sign up for this card when it was first offered. So far I've been pleased. On the rare times I've called customer service with questions, they have been pleasant and prompt with answers. It does take a while to earn enough Disney dollars, but overall it's been a good card to have.

| "Happy with Disney Visa!" |
| Ok, so I am a sucker for Disney,a childhood favorite! But I like this card for more than the cute mickey mouse on the card! Customer Servies has been great so far! Checking my account on line or via the phone is easy and the statment that I receive does not appear to try and confuse you like some companies I have done business with in the past. I have been pleased with the mouse! |
