| "Watch Out ForTheir Misleading Free Motorola Offer" |
| I was taken by their misleading promotional offer. 0% APR until 2004 plus free Motorola Radios ($48 value). Under the balance transfer information it said that the transaction fee was waived for the offer, however I missed the * that directed me to another column that statesd that if I excepted the "free" radios a (transaction may apply). So the punchline of the story is that I received "free" $48 radios in exchange for a $50.00 transaction fee. A happy and satisfied customer I am not. Further, I am disappointed that Ducks Unlimited would associate themselves with such a shady promotional offer. As a result MNBA will never receive future business from me. |

| "I hate to pile on, but . . ." |
| They seem to want to win the battles (lowering my APR but only to 14.99 when the new cards are only paying 12.99%, justifying late fees and finance charges that do not exist, etc.), but they seem content to lose the war: my account. No wonder MBNA has had problems with their credit cards over the last several quarters! |

| "apr changes/checks" |
mbna says you have a fixed apr and all my statements not one of them have been the same,
except the 1st six months I had my card. I have never had a late payment and or never paid the
min. I used that card very often and the most out of all my other ones. I have now stopped using
it due to the constent rate increase and the check charges that they charge you for writing checks
It is a rip off and I would not recommend this card to anyone. I have better credit cards that lower
my rate and not raise it for no reason. And I don't get charge fees for writting checks. |
