Worst customer service I've ever seen

I got the card based on advertised gas rebate. They had some problem, and replaced the card 4 times in 2 months. New number each time. In the process, they lost my rebate balance - it took months to recover it. Customer service requires a phone call, not an email. The phone calls result in long wait times, then inaccurate info from Customer Service Rep. (This happened several times.) In February a refund was processed against original card, NCC transferred the refund to the 1st replacement card (I have 4th replacement card), and left it there. The 2nd replacement card was closed by their system errors, it took several phone calls and 3 months before I got the refund.

Swindled

4% ON GAS GOES DOWN WHEN IT IS .25% ON OTHER THINGS

On the Credit Card application they advertise 4% on gas, 3% on movies, 2% on groceries & restaurants 1% up to 1% on everything else. When you get the card diclosure the 1% up tp 1% on everything else is actually .25% on everything else until you spend 10,000.00 each year. You have to have 100.00 in rewards before it can be redeemed. At the rate I am going this is going to be many years. I will go back to using my Discover Card with the 20.00 reward redemptions as soon as I reach my first 100.00 rewards. The .25 until you reach 10,000.00 was not mentioned in the original application. I feel like I was swindled.
Most Attractive Feature: 4% BACK ON GASOLINE, 3% ON MOVIES, 2% ON GROGERIES, 1% EVERYTHING ELSE
Least Attractive Feature: WHEN YOU GET THE CARD THERE ARE LIMITS AND EXCEPTIONS.
