| "WORST CREDIT CARD EVER" |
| I've never provided a review for any credit card but I have for this one. We've always paid our bills - sometimes 1-2 days late but always in full. This credit card will charge you not only finance charges based on the amount bu also late fee based on the % and amount. It was absolutely awful and rediculos. By the time you get the bill you have probably a week to make a payment in order not to be late. They do not accept automatic payments and withdrawals from the account - you have to pay on the internet and then it takes another 2 days to process. There are no benefits of having the card but only problems. Order VISA Millage Plus. |

| "What a Joke!" |
| If these people want our money, why in heaven's name do they make it so dang hard to get to the website? Oh, I get it! So they can get the added interest! Never mind! I figured it out all on my own. I'm slow, but I eventually catch on. DO NOT sign up for this card - it's not worth it! |

| "Can I please pay" |
| What a joke....I read some of these horrer stories. I`m canceling my card. I thought I was going crazy. I could not get the website to work......then , all of a sudden it does.....I pay my bill in full.....but oh....I`m a day late, so now I have a 30 day late on my credit......the only one I might add......screw this....they wont take your money until your late.....heck with exxonmobil. |

| "The most horrible card EVER" |
| Wow. Found this website by accident, trying vainly (as usual) to find the exmo website. And all this time I thought I was the only one suffering! When Exxon and Mobil merged, they got rid of my Exxon gas card and sent me this horrible thing, had endless problems since. I've had perfect payment history since the beginning, sometime in the 90's, whenever they merged. Signed up for online statements, all was fine for awhile. Received the statements for almost a year, then suddenly... nothing. Didn't get another one for about six months. Everyone I called at customer service said they didn't handle website issues and didn't know where to send me. Had to look at paper statements (which were supposed to be stopped, oh well) and mark the calendar. Then suddenly I couldn't get on the website-- it shut down instantly when it loaded or said "not available" for about three months. Had to call India... tried to make emergency payments, posted late (but they did remove the fees). Finally the site started working again, then it didn't "recognize username." When I called, and also mentioned the no statement delivery, he told me to cancel my e-service and re-enroll. Next thing you know, I'm getting statements again, which soon stopped. One payment late, (after over 10 years), raised my interest to 32%!!!!! |

| "Hard to pay this card -- penalized for Citibank's incompetence" |
| I tried to pay this card; the website was down and I forgot about it. Customer Service called and I paid in full for that month and the next month. Got a letter saying my limit was reduced because I paid late. I called to explain this, but they acted as if they didn't believe me. When this card is paid off I'll cancel it. Citibank talks a great game -- I love their ads -- but they don't deliver. And yes, this is the only time this has ever happened to me with a credit card. |

| I can never seem to find the place where I can pay on line. I know my account is over due because I kept trying to pay. I should have just paid by US mail. |

| "Citibank / Exxon Hassle" |
All the trouble started when Citibank took over my Exxon account. I've always paid on time or early. An electronic wire payment was made for the entire balance (about $52.00) over a week before it was due. Citibank received the payment and promply sent us a letter stating that we had OVERPAID our account and would issue a check if we did not use the card within a specified period. Called customer service - totally worthless and frustrating attempt to fix the problem. A week later, received a billing from them stating we were late on account payment (about $52.00), and they slapped a bunch of late fees on our balance and raised the interest rate to 28%. Called customer service again - totally worthless and frustrating attempt to fix the problem. A week later, RECEIVED a check for about $52.00 from Exxon, because "our account was overpaid." Called customer service again - this time they admitted their errors (after we had our bank fax exxon proof of payment), and they removed the late fees. They said we still owed the $52. We cashed the check from exxon and transferred AGAIN the $52 payment to them. As of yet, they say "we show no record of receiving payment." We verified all account information as correct, and once again, the bank faxed proof of payment to exxon. We are unable to resolve this issue with exxon - customer service is worst I have ever delt with. Stay away from Citibank and Exxon!
