| "Great Card" |
| I was able to obtain credit from Fashion Bug when no other store would give me credit. This card was extremely instrumental in getting my credit established and I was eventually able to buy my car and House!! Thank you Fashion Bug!!! |

| "Predatory Company Read the Fine Print" |
I pay my bill in full each month and never had a problem, until now. I have been with this company for years. I now think this company is predatory.
I made several purchases in December totaling $90. I paid $60 by the due date and $29.33 7 days after the due date, but within 30 days of purchase. I made over $200 in purchases in January and paid them all off by the due date. I was billed finance charges for each purchase in January, plus the $29.33. Because in the card agreement if there is a balance each additional purchase will be billed finance charges from that day of purchase until balance is paid in full. This is very predatory. |

| Most attractive feature: I have paid $25 a year for this card for years, because I love to shop at Fashion Bug. |
| Least attractive feature: Significant Finance Charges, even if purchase is paid off within 30 days. |

| "NEVER use Fashion Bug credit card" |
| on statement it says "DUE DATE 1-13-11" Great so I go to pay on that date due and guess what? I have to pay 10.00 to do it on that day, really? If I don't I pay 35.00 late fee! GREEDY company |

| "I have never been late on one of there cards yet they denied me!!" |
| I have another card with this company and upon applying I received a letter saying I had a bad credit history with them. I have paid it off early and had a flucutating limit. Maybe it was because I paid at the stores site but I have the documentation to show I paid on the due date. So I guess they just don't need my bussiness. |

| "SCAM" |
1)I have never gotten a card since I signed up for one 2 years ago. The poor gals in the store kept calling and ordering new ones. I finally gave up.
2)I paid off the card in Dec.2009
3) They signed me up for paperless billing with-out my requesting it.
4) I got a charge on my account, but because they changed banks they couldn't tell me when and what.
5) If I wanted to know what I would have to send them a letter and they would get back to me. I still had to give them a payment right away and they would credit my account if the error was theirs. Believe me they were not going to take any blame. Heck, they would conviently not receive the letter.
4) When I paid off the account through the new bank they couldn't give me a transaction number.
5) He couldn't send me confirmation that I closed the account.
Right now I hope my account is closed, but I am not sure it is. I hope that this nightmare is over. I promise I will not be going into Fashion Bug ever again. |

| "LOAN SHARKS" |
| Fashion Bug and every other store department credit card on this planet can soon receive my very last payment. Wake up everyone, interest rates are about 4% right now and they continue to charge this ridiculous rate of 22.9%...I have learned my lesson... |

Billing Dispute:
I am disputing a credit charge from Fashion Bug in the amount of $( ), which is included on my statement dated 1/25/2010.
From the time I opened this account in 2008:
1) I was not receiving my statements: (my old address) I got that resolved. Late fees removed.
2) I moved to another location: ( ) I was not receiving statements again. I called, got that resolved. Late fees removed. I then went online to Fashion Bug paid my bill (early) they did not process the bill until the due date. Another late charge. I called they suggested, I change the due date? what difference did that make? none.
3) I go into the store, one hour fifteen minutes away, asked to pay two months. They could only accept one payment.
4) Again I'm not receiving statements.
5) at this point I'm not making any payments. I then get a call from collections a week ago. I explained to that person the difficulty of making a payment.
6) He tells me I'm receiving my bill through e-mail. I told him, I have never received a statement. He said I signed up for it. If I signed up for it, why did I not get a statement?
7) I offered to pay the card off if he removes all the late fees, he said he could only do one. I said fine, I'll pay it now and close the account. He stated there is a fee to accept payment, and a fee to close account. I told him forget it. Send me a closing bill.
8) I received a statement via e-mail today. (Date)
9) Today I received another phone call. I explained the situation again. I asked again to remove the late fees. She said only one. They put me thorough to another manager, we were disconnected.
10) The phone calls, I'm requesting they cease calling me. I now consider this a form of harassment.
11) I want copies of my statements since the account was opened in 2008. Reason I have only seen a few statements. For your convince you may e-mail them to:( e-mail ) or by mail: (address)
I have enclosed copy of the bill , and copies of internet complaints with the same problem. My e-mail correspondence. Please investigate this dispute and provide me with a written statement of the outcome, by e-mail, or mailing.

| "Late fee Scam........................" |
| I just happen to catch the fact that Fashion bug chargted me a late fee on the day the payment was due. They even have a pre-recorded choice about being charged late fees in error to press'2' button. It takes 4-5 days to post a payment giving them extra time to charge a late fee, and now the web page to accept payments is down? This is truly a scam in the works. |

| "Pay on your card after your purchase" |
| I am rebuiling my credit and was happy to get the Fashion Bug credit card. Because I cannot afford to mess up my credit again, every time I charge something, I then pay $20.00 on the bill. I do this to avoid late charges and to make sure there's a credit on my account, when they run the new bill. --I avoid late payments and it's fun to see my FICO rising every month. -- I have to buy clothes anyway so buying some of them at Fashion Bug is a great way to rebuild my wardrobe, along with my credit. |
