"A Great Starter Card"
The Founders Combo Visa card is great for those who are new to the world of credit. If there is not enough money in your account, you are not allowed to complete the purchase. If you're low on funds, you can transfer funds over the phone and through the Internet that is available for withdrawal in less than a minute. Although the money is withdrawn from a checking account, I have been able to use the card as I would use a regular credit card. I found that few stores can tell the difference. My combo card is great, especially for teens and young adults. It offers a great opportunity to learn about budgeting but also gives the purchaser the independence to spend his or her money. I highly recommend this card to any consumer.
 
Most attractive feature: You cannot make a purchase if you're at your limit.
Least attractive feature: It costs the bank more money to use the debit feature, which I prefer.
