"NOT SO BAD"
THANK YOU FAIR OAKS FOR THE CARD OF MY DREAMS. I MUST SAY IT DID TAKE SOMETIME FOR ME TO CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ONCE I DID THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSION.

It took awhile to get through to customer service but I finally reached them and they were able to help me.

"Don't apply for this one"
This is a terrible card. First, they charge you to open the account $159.00, you don't even know that they charge that until it is taken out of your account. They will not refund your money, even if you contact them within 24 hours. The customer service representatives are no help and are very rude. They also charge to access your account via phone and over the internet. They have a monthly fee and charge you everytime you use the card. I tried to get money out of the ATM machine and I entered the wrong pin number, everytime I did this , they charged me $3.50. This is a bad card. Mine has been destroyed.

"Fraud"
This card was ordered and sent months ago I cannot get anyone on the phone and the only return e-mail I got was to tell me I couldn't get a refund on the money I have given them to use a card I cannot use they sent no deposit slips and I cannot get anyone to ever pick up the phone it is recordings DON'T DO IT !!!!!!!!

"PrePaid Cash Deposits"
You are never able to speak with anyone and you are not able to confirm the deposit of cash for the cards. I have left numerous voice mails and submitted several emails; it has now been 12 days since I made a cash deposit and no one can tell me where my money is.
