| "Worst customer service EVER" |
| Their customer service is a nightmare - I have had the card for about 15 years and always pay my balance in full and on time, so you would think I am a solid customer... in those 15 years I have had to dispute 4 charges to my account and never once have they returned the disputed charge - I do not have this issue with any other card... and recently I reported a fraudulant charge and they said since I did business with them years ago they could not do anything about it... I drop over 2k a month with them, the charge was for less than 100... you would think even if just to keep a long time customer happy, they would swallow the charge themselves - they weren't even listening to me when I spoke so I just closed the account! Would tell anyone I know to not purchase anything online with this card because if you need to dispute something, you should just kiss the money goodbye! |

| "Benefits have deteriorated." |
| I've had this card for about 15 years. Since that time the benefits have declined greatly, so that now the benefits returned are not competitive. These include a. rewards lost accumulated in the past, b. a cap on use according to car model (now only $1000 for many models, even if you have $3000 accumulated), a cap on maximum per year accumulation. I regret not having dumped this card 5 years ago and will be tossing 3K in these limited "benefits". No more GM cards or cars for me. |

| "TERRIBLE Customer Service" |
Waited 55 min. listening to "How important my call was" BULL$#@&!!!!! Then had to try to communicate with someone who could hardly speak english. I cancelled the card..
Get a CITI card and get the cash back. GM Card service is a joke!!!!

| They locked and completely stopped my account for a charge of approximately $5 that I disputed online that was not mine WITHOUT calling me and telling me they were doing this! |

| "Terrible Service!!! you can find better" |
HSBC (GM Card) will take your money if you let them. Don't sign up for this card!!!!!!!! I am warning you, I have been a customer for over 5 yrs with good payment stats for at least the last 3. Guess what they will not lower my interest rate from 20%+, and the customer service just plain sucks. Your going to speak to someone from India every time, no matter what time of day. So save your money and find a better card company that might treat you right.
If you make one mistake with the card, go over limit by $3.00, your interest will be so high that it will feel like you are making a car payment, but have no car!!!!!!!!
I have cards with 5-8% interest rates, but why the discrepancy? |

| "good experience" |
| I have had a good experience with GM card,never had any issues, i pay my bills on time, and never went over my limit. I personnally didnt mind this car, just the points were worth much to me, but it was a free card so who cares! haha. |

| "Raising interest rates." |
| I was never late with payments, over limit or anything and yet they continued to up my interest rate just because they legaly could. I called to ask to have it lowered and talked too someone in India who had no idea what I even wanted. I transfered the entire balance (which was nearly $10,000) to Chase! When I talk to them I get an English-speaking American. They had already reversed fees for a payment that was made on the due date but hadn't registered quick enough AND while I was on the phone they consolidated several balances that were on the card and lowered my interest rate and my payment. So when I got tired of the interest rate that GM and Citi charged, I called Chase and transfered both balances to another Chase card I had at the same low rate--5.99%!! |

| I was iusing my GM card however my brother who is 85 quit driving and gave me his car so that I probably will not need a new car as I also am approaching 80 yrs of age. I now use a card that gives me cash discount on my gasolinr' |

| "GM Visa" |
| There is no annual fee, and the interest rate is lower than other TD visas, but as all credit cards its still high. Ive run into a processing charge on purchases, which Im not familar with. Over all it is a good card. |
