"GM Card Earnings that I cannot use"
I've had this card for about 5 years. Originally got it because you got 5% back on purchases, I believe. Also, you could collect EARNINGS each month towards the purchase of a new car. I recently purchased a new car
& was told I needed the EXTENDED FAMILY GM CARD to be able to use my earnings towards the new car purchase. I have never received anything (by mail or phone call) about any EXTENDED FAMILY CARD. In May, 2006, GM "upgraded" my Platinum Card to the World Card with a different number. I never asked for the change. Is there any recourse in getting something for my "currently useless" $6522 in earnings? Several months ago, they started to show EARNINGS EXPIRATION, and are deducting around $50 - $80 per month, hoping to eventually deplete my earnings entirely....I guess.
Is there any class action against GM regarding their earnings policy? DON'T GET THIS CARD !!!!
 
Most attractive feature: Currently, Nothing
Least attractive feature: I have more than $6500 in earnings that are useless to me
