"Good card for regular purchases"
I have had this card for about 5 years or so. I like it that it has a fixed APR of 12.9%. I also never have a minimum due amount each month. Plenty of times I have not paid them anything on my due date and my balance never changes and they never freeze my card use. It is better than my Capital One by a long shot. I highly recommend banking with GTE Federal Credit Union too.
 
Most attractive feature: Fixed APR and no monthly minimum due
Least attractive feature: Balance never increases
