| "Gateway" |
| I thought this card would be a great way to finance a Gateway computer. I was wrong. The customer service department is not that great. The personnel in the department are full of rude people probably making around $9.00+ doing a bunch of nothing. Gateway had charged a few items against my card and never credited my account when the items were returned. Overall, I would never purchase a Gateway computer again. One is better off purchasing a Dell or HP with a well-known Credit Card such as Bank of America or SunTrust. Be leary of this service, document every conversation with the personnel and customer service and keep your fingers crossed. |

| "MBNA'S EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE" |
| I've never been on hold for more than a minute when calling MBNA. They are friendly and extremly efficient. The MBNA webaccess is very easy to use and is well organized. The points accumulated with this card can be spent on overpriced gateway items. Other than that, what a great card. |

| "Problems with online payment" |
| Gateway thinks it has the best system for paying online (according to the woman I just spoke with) yet, the post to my account that I made on February 8 did not get received by them until February 11. I paid my Discover payment online on February 9 and my account was credited February 9 even though it was a weekend. I find MBNA's system extremely customer unfriendly and not very sophisticated. Perhaps they should get a new website that is more user friendly |

| "Gateway MBNA Card with Moola Points" |
| For me, this has been a fantastic card. I charge as many purchases as possible then pay the balance every month. With a lot of card use, the points can pay for most of a new computer every few years or some great accessories. Points can be used for computers, printers, software -- any of the hundreds of items sold online or in Gateway stores. Great computers and service, and no-hassle rebates, just give your card number when you place the order and the points are deducted from your bill. A good card for anyone who owns a computer or would like to. |

| its like i said gatewaymaster/mbna really lets u be flexiable with paying and rewards towards knew product really save you alot of extra cash espeically if u have three kids in the household the extra cash i save paids off the bal. itself leaveing me happy and bills free |

| This is very nice so you can always keep your computer up to date with the latest extras! |
