| "There is no GEICO Mastercard" |
| GEICO has sold its interest in the mastercard to Merrick Bank. It is no longer called the GEICO Mastercard. Letters were sent to all customers explaining this months ago. The reason they got rid of the card was because it was hugely unprofitable. I geuss there are alot of deadbeat GEICO auto policyholders who dont pay their credit card bills. Can you blame the new issuer for raising fees on such high risk cardholders? |

My Geico Credit Card Number:
I have recently called the customer service phone number on the back of my Geico Credit Card and realized that it’s re-issued by Merrick Bank, the original card was issued by New Millennium Bank . I am not happy with this decision which I didn’t authorize. I have talked to my attorney and want to take legal action on this issue. Therefore I am kindly requesting from Geico:
1- The TOS, or agreement that I had signed when applied for your credit card was stating that you would never give and/or share my personal information with other third part companies. Now, by transferring the card to another bank, you had disclosed my information without my authorization.
If I am wrong, please send me a written explanation of the original agreement that was stating that you could give and/or share my personal information to other third part companies.
2- To receive any credit card you must have the signature of the customer. This card, since it’s issued from a new bank with new TOSs, it’s a new card therefore requires my signature. I have never applied and signed such credit card application. If I am wrong, please send me a written explanation stating that you have the right to issue me a card from any bank without my signature.
3- I have never received any notification letter about this change, if you claim the opposite please send me a written explanation showing me a proof that I had received this notification. For example, if you have sent it via Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested Signature, please provide me a copy of my signature proving that I had received your notification.

| "GEICO LIES & TRAPS YOU INTO SIGNING UP FOR THEIR BRANDED CARD" |
| Charging a annual fee of 48.00 (4.00 x 12 = 48.00) which is the rate of the "installment fee" geico insurance "waives" if you pay the premimum by their credit card, and at the time was the only way to pay it. I'm canceling both the card and the policy. Told the CSR who didnt care about either, If enough ppl cancel, he's going to be out of a job, so maybe he should care. At least his call center job will go to india if not already there. |

| "$48.00 card fee Rip-Off." |
| It's obvious that since they were finally called on the overlimit fees and can no longer charge them they had to get the money (to pay execs. bonuses) from other rip-off means. I called and talked to a supervisor (10 min. wait). Was told nothing could be done and not so much as a thank you but only thing to do was CLOSE acct. SO I DID. Never felt so good. Screw you Donna the supervisor. You should work for the morg. with your attitude. |

| "Geico Card is TERRIBLE" |
| I used to use my Geico card as my number 1 card to earn cash back rewards. Not sure what happened, but I got a letter saying they were reducing my credit limit due to the economy from $13,000 to $1,100 and that it was no fault of mine. That hurt my credit score, but I thought I'd just put the card in the safe and only use it for my insurance payments. Then, I got a letter last week stating that they are going to charge a $48 annual fee. I cancelled the day I got the letter. I almost cancelled my insurance, but the other quotes I got from insurance providers were more so I'm just going to pay my premium in cash now. |

| "Canceling card" |
Like a lot of people, I just got my letter in the mail about the $48 annual fee they are so graciously adding onto this card for me. I have -never- had a single late payment, always paid well over the minimum, and used the card often. My APR has also been raised to 22.9%.
CS has been uncooperative and insulting.
They are being canceled. |

| "Terrible CARD" |
| I just received a letter stating they were going to start charging a $48 annual fee. Decreased my credit about a year ago to almost nothing no biggie b/c I just used it for my GEICO bill. It appears they are trying to get rid of this card b/c there is no benefit and only disadvantages in your pocket to remain. Had to wait 25 minutes just to tell them I was cancelling and they actually seemed glad. POS bank |
