"liked it better before"
This card used to give you a big gift card near the end of the year! So, Christmas shopping was a breeze. Now when you spend $1000 you get a $10 gift card, so every month or so, you get $10. Then they changed their policy on redeeming. So if you buy $100 outfit and use your $10 GC, you don't get 5% discount. I liked it the old way better and have decided to get rid of this card for that reason.
 
Most attractive feature: the 5% discount
Least attractive feature: reward cards come in $10 increments

"Misleading Reward points"
After using the Gymboree card for THREE YEARS I was SHOCKED to learn that reward points are only earned on purchases of items OTHER THAN GYMBOREE ITEMS!!! Yet, ironically, the yearly dollar amount you receive for using the card can ONLY BE SPENT ON GYMBOREE ITEMS.

"Gymboree Savings"
I love this card, I save 5% with every purchase and they often have specials where I can save an extra 5% plus I get 1% reward for all other purchases. I just pay the card off each month and collect my rewards annually. Can't beat that when you love shopping for kids clothes.
