| "Pro & Cons" |
Pros: Chrome Bucks if you shop at an H-D dealership.
Cons: No collision coverage if you rent a Harley. What gives? Rental car (except SUV or exotic), but not for a Harley - from a dealer????? |

| "Cancelled my card due to phone processing fee of $10." |
| Really enjoyed this card and used it exclusively for most purchases. Consistently paid the card balance off every month. The one time I was late getting card paid, I called customer service and requested a grace period. Nope! Then I decided to pay over the phone and was charged $10. I requested this charge be waived. Nope! Too many other choices out there...and, besides, Chrome won't get ya home! |

| I have several cards and I do favor the h-d high performance card because I can use it to buy my accessories. I can't use it any where else. but when you look at what my interest was @ 8.9% that kind of shoots the benifits in the rear @ 10.2% might as well say that were paying for our own points when you include the 1.3% increase. but fortunately I never carry a balance on any credit card, I pay them off each and every month so in essence I have a 0% interest,so in that respectI'm ahead of the game by not paying a minimum required payment that's what they like. |

| "Free Money" |
| I use my Harley Davidson VISA to do all my household purchases all month. Then when the bill comes I pay it off. (Usually around 1500 dollars a month. It gives me a lot of bonus certificates and never costs me any interest, Talk about true rewards. If you are disciplined this is the way to go |

| I like the way USBank stays in the background and lets Harley Davidson be in the forefront..Getting Harley Chrome Certificates is great. Each time I buy a Harley part on my card I know I am building points to get another certificate..I call in to redeem and always get a pleasant voice who gets me my certificate in a few days.. |

The HarleyDavidson CreditCard by USBank was one of the first credit cards i received...
After awhile i garnered several credit cards...
sometimes i was late w/payments, or had to refund items and the CustomerService was a gem!
Today i am in debt Consolidation, and US Bank is one of the few credit card companies that does not bother me at home...
they have closed my account, but when everyone else was giving me a hard time, they were the NICEST...
that is important to me, because being nice or being mean won't get payment from me any faster either way, but it generates good feelings, positive attitudes, and they are at the top of my list to get repaid first w/hopes they may one day re-install my credit card service...

| You cannot make an online payment unless you have a US Bank savings or checking account. :-( They do not allow linking a bank account outside their company for making payments. You cannot pay via PayPal or c2it either. BUT you can make payments by telephone at NO charge. The telephone bank payment takes a one time set-up call. Then you use their toll-free number to make your payments by telephone. The prompts are real easy to follow. A payment made via telephone will post that day if done before 5PM CST. I have other credit cards that accept telephone payments but they all charge a fee. I like this because I can always get a payment in on time, I know it posts to my account when received (as long as before 5PM CST), I save the cost of a postage stamp and don't incur a fee for this service. |

| "they're hogs" |
| i got this card because it looked neat and i wanted to win a harley. it was ok for the first few months, until one payment was "not received". I knew it had been because I received my monthy statement from my bank with copies of all of my cashed checks. After calling, they still insisted they never received the check and said i needed a letter from my bank and blah blah blah. It was only for $5 and wasn't worth the hassle, so i wrote another $5 check and canceled the card. |
