| "Fraud" |
| It is impossible to redeem your miles and get actual tickets from the Mainland to Hawaii. I suspect this is a fraudulent situation, a bait and switch -- and that the tickets never exist, at all. My daughter and I have been trying for almost a year to redeem miles (from my grandparent's card) and get home to visit my Grandparents. Aloha? Not from this card! |

| "having a problem with putting a credit back to my account" |
| I was double charged just recently from a travel firm, it has been five days-----my wife sent the total payment in yesterday minus the $1,669.52 that is supposed to be credited back to my account. I do not wish to pay charges on this balance! I have called the customer service account number three days in a row. All that I get back is a total that I owe on my accont. Other credit cards that I own has some person that I can talk to when I have a problem, please help! |

| "bonus points" |
| the 10000 bonus points that follows the first purchase got 2 round trip tickets from Honolulu to Maui for both my husband and son. Also, the awards go directly into our Hawaiian Miles account, without any hassles of transferring them over for a fee. The online billpay is great, too. |

| A great airline to fly to Hawaii. Friendly flight crews. The Hawaiian Airlines atmosphere makes you feel like you start your vacation when you get on board. With this visa card, you earn free miles to start and its easy to earn many more quickly just by using the card. |
