"Beware"
The problem I had with this card is that I opted to receive emails about the statement instead of a mailed, paper statement. Bad, Bad idea. They would only send an email every other month so I would be late in paying because I was not notified. I have since changed that to getting a paper statement. So watch out for that.

Can't discuss problems with a live person,
promised action isn't followed through on,
it takes forever to get through on their telephone line

Least attractive feature: Customer service + interest rate.

"I have mixed emotions about this card and the service"
This card has a high interest rate like all retail cards. It was funny how I obtained this card in the first place. I had a charged-off Lane Bryant card which still had a balance on it. These cards are issued by the same bank, but they appear to be confused. I called myself settling the debt on the LB card but saw the remaining balance was still shown on my credit as unpaid. These people don't settle accounts. No such thing. Therefore, to improve my credit, I paid it in full. However, prior to paying it in full, I received a pre-approved offer from Jessica London, (again same bank). I called to confirm legitimacy of offer and they said yeah, you can get card. So I did but informed them I hadn't payed the LB account off yet..the rep then appeared confused. The rep could not explain how I could qualify for a card with them after having such a recent, unpaid charge-off. She was adamant that I should not have even gotten an offer but I still could get it because it shows in her system pre=approved and a recent credit check was done. She sounded upset that I was getting the card but oh well. It only had a $250 limit but I was cool with that since I was rebuilding my credit.
The customer service is horrible. They double-charged me for an item and had me close to my credit limit. I had to jump through hoops to straighten that out. The reps just seem to be poorly trained and unknowledgable. They make alot of mistakes so just be careful with these people.
I recently called the customer service center since my credit is improved, to inquire about getting another LB card. They said the bank would not approve me for another card from one year from the date paid. I told her that was very strange since I have an active Jessice London account even prior to paying off the LB debt. She couldn't understand how I got the card either. Like I said, they are confused.
 
Most attractive feature: Deferred Payments/great online website
Least attractive feature: Poor Customer Service..they are confused.
