"Horrible Credit Card"
Never get this credit card. They have hidden costs, extremely high interest rates, they try to hit you with constant late fees 3x times what the balance might be. Customer service is a negative 10.
 
Most attractive feature: No good features or services period.
Least attractive feature: Terrible customer service, fraudulant late fees, exhorbant interest rates.

"They don't know what they're doing"
I initially got an account with this company because of a 0% interest offer. The rate was in effect for 12 of eighteen months, I don't remember.
After about eight months the company contacted me by mail and informed me the card had been canceled. It had never been used, I was saving it for something I thought the zero would benefit me. Two months later they contacted me by mail with terms and regulations going into effect as a result of the new legislation. I called them and (of course got India) and told them I am no longer their customer as a result of their action.

What a screwed up company. They don't know what they're doing.

"Use a More Reputable Bank and Things Go More Smothely"
I was late one day, they charged me $35 (ok my fault no problem, but BOA would have forgiven it). So I set up automatic payment through their site so that I would avoid additional charges. I had them on the phone while I entered the routing info and checking account number and was told I was all set. Turns out I was missing two 0s before the account number, and I realized this the day after payment was due and spoke to them that day. They charged me $90 for that mistake. I argued that they told me I was "all set" when I entered the info on line, and they said it was still my fault. I am paying them off as fast as I can and will never use Juniper or Barclay again. The customer service system is ridiculous. They act like they understand what you are talking about, but they never really answer your questions. In fact, my latest call told me if I want to hold on for a survey press 1. I pressed 1, and and waited for about 5 minutes with no response before I gave up.
 
Most attractive feature: None!
Least attractive feature: These people are opportunistic thieves.

"RUN RUN RUN"
Got an offer for 14% APR>never got my first statement, so i called and voice response system stated that the payment was due on that day, so i paid it over the phone, it was applied late and left me a late payment fee of $39>i then get a letter in the mail about 1 week ago stating that because i went over my limit by $24 dollars they were raising my APR to 27%, I could not speak to a supervisor they were busy due to high call volume (probably due to the shifty things they pull)and they will schedule an appointment to have someone call me back, i told her that if she could not schedule a call after 5pm to forget it, i work cause I have bills to pay, never got a call back, needless to say i balance tranferred to CAPITOL ONE< never had issue with them!
 
Most attractive feature: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS CARD
Least attractive feature: WORST FEATURE IS THAT THEY STILL EXIST

"Worst credit card"
Juniper sent me a application 8 months ago. No interest, no payments till March 2010. Everytime I used the card, I would get a statement saying I was late. I'd call to straighten it out. No one knew what I was talking about. The last statement had a $5.00 late fee. They refused to take it off, said it wasn't on my statement. I faxed them my statement showing the $5.00. Then they said it would have to be reviewed. Wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Said they would call back, never did. Don't keep their word, wouldn't listen to me, interrupted me, very rude, very unprofessional. Would not recommed this card. Only if you want a monthly hassle, and enjoy being taken for a ride. Still has not been resolved. All over $5.00. Many other credit card companies that are very helpful, kind and undersanding.
 
Most attractive feature: None.
Least attractive feature: Customer service is rude,doesn't listen to the customer.

"27% interest rate!!!!!"
Juniper raised my interest rate to over 27% interest rate!!!!! In a six month period I have been told that my account would be reviewed, adjusted, taken care of by the account services, i was hung up on, and made promises that were never followed through with. STAY AWAY FROM JUNIPER AND BARCLAY BANK...Can ruin your life...

"horrible company"
I was never late with a payment however my interest rate was increased to 18.24% I called and was told a letter was sent to me explaining the increase and in order to have kept my lower rate I should have responded in writing to them and at that time I would be able to keep the lower rate but the account would have to be closed.Had I ever recieved the letter I would have responded and closed the account.I explained over and over that I never recieved any such letter she said it doesn't matter I can't lower the rate so I did close the account but still have that high interest rate.DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY JUNIPER THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH BARCLAY BANK AS WELL.

"Juniper MasterCard"
This is a very BAD Credit card to receive. They raised my Rates from 8.9% to 29.24% without notice. When I called and asked to speak to a Manager, I was told everyone one is a Manaager and no one is going to Lower my Rates no matter what or who I called or talked to. I did ask to speak to their Manager and was told the same-things. This Company is a BIG Rip-Off. Run from Them.
 
Most attractive feature: There are NO Best Service on this Card. Run from it.
Least attractive feature: Everything is Worse and there is nothing Good about it. Run from it...

"Horrible"
I''ve had my account for about a year. I pay on time every time. I got charged a $39.00 late fee for paying my account EARLY (2 times). I know it sounds crazy, but it''s true. I''m out of town alot and as such I call the customer service number to "schedule payments" when I pay early. They stated they would reflect my payment on the requested cycle, but never did. They were showing 2 charges in some months and none in others.

This is insane! The good people of this country who pay their debts always get screwed and this is just one example. I spoke with at least 10 different representatives about this. All of them said it was my fault for paying a couple days early before my new cycle even began. When I make payments early, I schedule them with the company, but they failed to post it on the correct billing cycle, so I incur a late fee! The representatives are located in the Philippines, they are contracted work. I kept calling until I could speak to someone in the United States who I could understand. The Philippine workers told me there is no American office which is a lie! I finally got ahold of someone in the Delaware office. He said it was the banks fault, corrected the payments to reflect on the correct month and reversed my late fee charges.

I hate contracted work like this. No wonder America is going to hell in a hand basket...our foreign friends are worthless!
